Apart. 2 charming rooms "Pas du Lac"

Apartment located in the old Avoriaz. Close to the main ski lift and not far from the Prodains cable car (where you arrive and where you can buy ski passes).
Restaurant lunch at the foot of the building. Very quiet at night.
The apartment is arranged as follows: entrance with closet, kitchen, dining area, shower room, separate toilet, a separate bedroom with a bed of 160x190, a room with two 80x190 beds. The bedding is very comfortable and recently. The bedroom is separated from the lounge by a sliding door (see photo). Living room: flat screen TV, wifi, a few DVD available and board games. Kitchen is equipped as follows: ceramic hob two fires, dishwasher, type Nespresso machine, raclette and fondue, toaster, electric kettle, blender, refrigerator (including a small freezer), oven and microwave products staples (sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, rice etc ..)
The accommodation has a lockable cellar for storage of skis and ski boots (and bikes in summer). Sleds available.
Elevators downstream output and upstream of the residence. A 3 minute walk to the bakery / deli, 10 minutes from the village children and the center of the resort.

Really nice apartment a bit farther away of the busy center

We really loved this apartment. It is a bit farther away of the center, which is positive in terms of noise etc, but it can be quite a walk to the supermarket, the pool and were all the fun for the children is. We had a strange misunderstanding with the check out about cleaning the apartment, but Mireille took care of this very positively.

A wonderful place!

We as a family of 4 loved this place. Location was excellent and the kids loved skiing to the door. In the evenings it’s also lovely and quiet! There is everything you need in the apartment and it is clean. Would highly recommend and we will be booking again here for next year! Thank you Mireille!

Spent a week in Avoriaz and stayed at Pas Du Lac skiing at the end of February. The apartment has a great location and is exactly as advertised. Clean, tidy and well run. I would happily stay there again.

Had a great time. Apartment was clean and comfortable in a fantastic area away from the main busy part of Avoriaz but close to chair lifts and everything with stunning views of the mountains. Would definitely come again to ski whole area when it’s a better year for snow.

Excellent location but mixed customer service

Location is fab but directions and instructions for the property poor making it difficult to find late at night (and correct ski locker) and very mixed experience of the rental agency (one helpful; one very unhelpful). Beds not made and some essentials (for dishwasher/ 2nd loo roll/ scissors/ bin bags all had to Nr bought). Building has a horrible smell but luckily flat does not do just need to ignore hallways

Selaine parfaite!

Que c'est agreable d'arriver dans un appartement vivant! L'apparrtement est charmant, bien équipé, évidemment, parfaitement placé, et surtout pas aseptisé comme beaucoup de location! L'essentiel est deja là. Pas la peine de courrir au supermarché a l'arrivee pour acheter sel, poivre, oupapier toilette... C'était top. Merci 2 ou 3 remarques pour aider Mireille, que j'ai oublié de signaler a notre depart: - le seche cheveux ne marche plus (il s'arrete apres 2 minutes) - la porte coulissante de la chambre sort de ses gonds (petite maintenance a faire) - lots de draps un peu compliqués à gérer (literie pas associée par lit dans les sacs, pas de grande couette...). Mais ca l'a fait quand meme! :-)

SĂ©jour avoriaz

Excellent sĂ©jour dans cet appartement. MĂȘme si l’immeuble est un peu datĂ© et certaines infrastructures seraient Ă  renouveler (parties communes datĂ©es, ascenseur en panne, reflux d’odeurs dans la salle de bain), l’appartement en lui mĂȘme Ă©tait parfait pour notre sĂ©jour. Il est joliment meublĂ©, avec soin et goĂ»t, trĂšs lumineux et ensoleillĂ© (soleil en face jusqu’à 14h). La vaisselle est choisie avec soin et les amĂ©nagements astucieux permettent de se sentir Ă  l’aise. Le wifi fonctionne trĂšs bien. La localisation est parfaite pour les skieurs (front de neige) avec un accĂšs direct sur la piste skis aux pieds. Avoir l’accĂšs Ă  la cave tout prĂšs de la sortie est un vrai plus pour sĂ©cher les skis et les chaussures! L’endroit est trĂšs calme le soir, un peu excentre pour les commerces mais bĂ©nĂ©ficie de la proximitĂ© d’une petite Ă©picerie fine/dĂ©pĂŽt de pain et de l’ascenseur public qui permet d’accĂ©der aux commerces en moins de 10min Ă  pied.

Lovely apartment. Great location near the ski lifts/slopes. Warm, clean, well equipped, nicely decorated. Exactly as described and as the photos show. Hopefully we will be back next year! Only one slight negative: The listing said linen was included, however, there were no towels. Therefore, we had an additional unexpected cost to rent towels which we would have brought with us had we known in advance. Maybe the property description could be updated to make this clearer.

Super séjour

PropriĂ©tĂ© tout Ă  fait conforme Ă  ce qui est annoncĂ©. Tous les Ă©quipements nĂ©cessaires au sĂ©jour Ă©taient prĂ©sents et en bon Ă©tats. L'Ă©tat global de la rĂ©sidence est bon, ascenseurs compris. L'accĂšs Ă  la cave est un plus (mĂȘme si un local skis aurait Ă©tĂ© encore mieux :-) ). Aucun problĂšme de bruit Ă  signaler. DĂ©part et retour skis aux pieds toujours trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. La petite dizaine de minutes du centre est lĂ  mais ne pose pas vraiment de problĂšme, notamment avec l'aide de l'ascenseur municipal, Ă  50 m de la rĂ©sidence et trĂšs rapide. Le concierge Ă  Ă©tĂ© super efficace, tant Ă  l'aller qu'au retour. Bref super sĂ©jour.

Perfect apartment for skiing in Avoriaz, 100% ski-in and ski-out. Location just infront of the slopes, 5 min walking to the center, very nice decorated and you have everything you need in the apartment. Mireille was very helpful and responded very quickly. We had a perfect week in Avoriaz.
