'Dirty room. Reception staff not really helpful or informative'

'Staff were very helpful, breakfast was good.'

'Mooie ruime, maar eenvoudige kamer op een rustige locatie. Mornington is een leuke plaats en je kunt van het hotel gemakkelijk naar het strand en het centrum wandelen (of rijden). 'Clean and comfortable stay with delicious Belgian waffles'

'If you are a golfer this is the one for you- within metres from the club house with great food and service . Rooms were very clean - a bit outdated but we had a great weekend away'

'Convenient location , easy check in and out. Wonderful breakfast prepared by the hosts.'

'Location is good and clean room with decent balcony'

'Friendly staff welcome, clean comfy bed and room. Kitchenette basic and a few ants. Great location close to ferry, Sorrento, restaurants and Point Nepean.'
