'New, clean, helpful staff.'

'Positives: The wifi worked well, the AC works great, and the shower has good pressure and the heat adjustment works. The staff/owners are very nice and are available throughout the day so if you have an early flight there is no issue with checking out. There are a couple really good restaurants close by, a speedway that opens at 9am if you need convenience items/drinks right next to the hotel , and it is only a 15-20 minute ride to get to the mall or some other places. It is a good in between...

'Good n convenience Can stay .. surrounded by entries'

Medewerkers allemaal even vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

'the room is very very basic, where there is no hair dryer at the room, but u need to request from the reception. no shower cup provided. if you just only need to a simple stay, then i really recommend this hotel. this hotel give me such like own house. comfortable environment. the sound insulation is too bad.'

'For the price it offered a comfortable and convenient no frills stay. All the basics but no amenities. Meanwhile, everything you need is within walking distance, so easy to get. Very friendly staff, eager to please. I would stay again.'

'Staff is patient and attentive to query'

'Overall ok and comfortable for 4 person vs price.'

'Stay was poor. Room was rundown and poorly maintained. The water in the sink was brown for several minutes. The sea view is too far away from the chalet to appreciate. Swimming pool was over run with kids. Food ( buffet breakfast )was average. I would give this place a miss and stay somewhere else closer to KLIA where we had to catch a flight from. '

'The address is completely wrong on all platforms no elevator no real room amenities no view from the window Do not take this as an option its on the corner of 32/41 opposite gas station '

'The Hotel charged me an additional 5 M Ringit per night saying the it was additional state taxes I felt this was UNETHICAL since the rates include ALL LOCAL TAXES other the authorised Taxes By right I should be refunded the total amount of 10 M Ringitt charged Except for the Front Office Manager who was very nice to me when I protested against unfair charge and did his best to salvage The initial charge quoted by the front office staff was but was brought down by him substantially saying...

'Hygiene improved. Deposit collected but machine can’t return the next morning when checking out'
