Beach Villa with Tropical Pool

Come visit Sea Salt Villa! This is a 3 story villa completed in 2018. It is located across the street from beautiful Atlantic Beach. From the front door to sandy beach is just a 5 minute walk. Restaurants are located minutes away by foot. This home boasts 2 master bedrooms, both with king temper beds. The third bedroom has a massive bunk for the kids or kids at heart. The bunk has a full bed on the bottom, twin on top and twin trundle as well with new temper mattresses for a comfortable nights rest. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The villas host a community pool surrounded by large palm trees and play area. This home comes with nice furnishings and equipped with kitchen supplies, games, child necessities, and more. We, the owners, strive for high standards on this rental. Most of the furniture is all brand new (2018) as well as all the mattresses to make this stay as nice as possible. Key-less entry codes even your kids could remember. Linens are available for rent through BlueWater (https://bluewaterlinens.com/shop/). You can also bring linens. Family time
This home was beautiful and in a great location! It was very well equipped, instructions on how to use the oven would be helpful. There was a mixup with the linens, I didn't see in the fine print of the details that linens were not provided, but Allen was very quick to respond and make things right. We were very happy all in all! A great family weekend!

This house was clean and had everything we could have needed for our short stay. It is located directly across the street from the beach with a pedestrian crosswalk and beach access only a two minute walk. The host was extremely responsive when we had questions as well

Kid-friendly home
My kids loved their room! The bunk beds are great and there are a lot of toys and games. Nice setup in the living and dining areas. Some kid friendly cups and utensils in the kitchen. We really enjoy this complex with the pool right there and the beach across the street. Owner is very responsive. My husband and I stayed in the third floor bedroom. The mattress is very soft, which I'm sure some people love (but is not our favorite). Also wanted to note that when this listing says no linens included, that means everything even dish towels.

Loved our stay. Layout worked out perfectly for our family. Beautiful decor, pool away is great and not crowded. Location is great as we also went to Beaufort. Would definitely rebook another stay.

Fantastic Beach Townhouse
This was our second time staying at the townhouse, and we hope to be back many more times. The house is great for families - our 3 year old is obsessed with the bunk bed - and it came equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is amazing - right at the border of Atlantic Beach and Pine Knoll Shores - and the neighborhood is right next to a lighted crosswalk to get to a public beach access. Five stars all around!
