This cute coastal unit is ready for you to enjoy the best of both worlds - the sound and the ocean. Fishing and walks on the beach are always rewarding not to mention the sunrises and the sunsets. The ocean is right across the street with easy access. Bring your fishing gear, beach attire and toothbrush since everything else you need is provided for your or can be purchased less than half a mile away at the shopping center. Walk to restaurants, movies, and shopping.

Cute, clean & comfortable second floor condo, with access to a delightful beach, only a 3 minute walk away, right across the street via an easy public access. Complex includes a pool, outdoor grills, space for kids to run around, and free parking. Walking distance to a couple restaurants/shops and close to all Atlantic Beach, Emerald Isle, Morehead City, and Beaufort have to offer. Come enjoy your stay at the Southern Outer Banks!

Well appointed kitchen and a full bath with an oversized tub for a nice soak after a long day. Very comfortable queen-size bed, plus a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. While it can accommodate up to four people, the condo may be a bit tight for four adults. A maximum of three adults is recommended. Two adults with two children is also OK for this space. Coffee, teas, linens, towels, and beach towels provided for your convenience.

You can relax with high-speed internet, cable TV, along with an easy beach life. Great place to stay for that quiet vacation getaway to the coast!

You'll have full private access to the entire studio condo, along with shared community amenities, such as the pool, the yards, the walk-to beach, gazebo, picnic tables, deck, and a great community on the island!

ATTENTION BOATERS: All of the boat parking spaces and dock spaces are reserved. There are no available boat spaces at this time. If you wish to bring a boat, please contact me. I live locally and can allow you to park you boat at my place, space permitting.
