It doesn’t get any better than this beautifully decorated top floor, 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, completely renovated Queens Court condo that offers stunning views of the ocean from both the living room and master bedroom decks. "Jackpot" (1304 Queens Court) features gorgeous luxury vinyl flooring throughout, a comfortable living room with a mirrored wall that reflects the amazingly endless ocean view, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 6, oceanfront master bedroom (firm King memory foam bed) with en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom (firm Queen memory foam bed) with adjoining bathroom. The living area and both bedrooms have their own flat screen televisions with streaming capabilities. Luxury linens and towels are provided. Full size washer and dryer in unit. Cable and WiFi included. Granite counter tops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Filtered drinking water with a dedicated faucet in kitchen. Whole house water softener. Corded and cordless phone with answering machine. Iron and ironing board. Central heat and air conditioning. Dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, hand mixer, Crock Pot, 12 cup traditional coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. These are definitely upgrades from most beach condo rentals. Come, stay at "Jackpot". Relax and enjoy the comfort of home away from home.

IMPORTANT INFO:
This condo is on the 3rd floor. The elevator is dependent upon electricity. Should there be a power outage or an electrical issue with the elevator it will be out of service. Please be aware of this if you have a person in your party that is unable to navigate stairs. If the elevator becomes non-functional and there is someone with an URGENT need that is unable to navigate the stairs the fire department will come and assist them either into or out of the condo.

* 25 years of age requirement to rent this property.
* Maximum occupancy is 4 people (ADULTS, CHILDREN, TODDLERS, INFANTS & BABIES).

* Strictly NON-SMOKING inside or on the decks. Sorry, smokers are not welcome.
* Pick up and drop off check in pouch in Cedar Point located just 5 minutes away from the condo.
* 24 hour card activated Security Gate.
* Unassigned free parking for 2 cars. 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Permits will be provided.
* Towels and sheets are included with beds made upon arrival.
* Beach/pool towels are not provided. Bring your own beach/pool towels.
* Please do not take my towels down to the beach or pool.
* Bring your own beach chairs and toys as they are not provided.
* Bring your own dish/laundry/personal soaps, paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags.
* Golf Carts, Boats, Trailers and Skateboards are prohibited by the Queens Court HOA.
* Boat/Camper/RV parking may be available across the street @ Emerald Isle RV Resort for a fee.
* Cleaning fee of $145 is added at time of booking.
* Damage Deposit of $700 is held against credit card credit limit at time of booking.
* Vrbo offers travel insurance through CSA AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. Consumer Reports highly recommends the website insuremytrip.com for travel insurance needs.
* Hurricane season is from June 1 through November 30.
* Fireworks are illegal in Emerald Isle.
* Open fires are prohibited on the beach.
* Fire ordinance prohibits any open flame or grilling within 25 feet of any structure. There are charcoal grills and picnic tables by the pool for your convenience.
* It is illegal to walk on the dunes or on the sea grass/oats. Fines are steep.
* It is illegal to tamper with a sea turtle nest. It carries up to a $50,000 fine.
* It is illegal to dig holes in the sand on the beach leaving them unattended without filling them back in. It is a huge danger to emergency vehicles, pedestrians and wildlife. Fines are steep.
* Beach driving is allowed by permit only ($100 permit fee) from Sept 15 - April 30 (with the exception of the Friday before Easter through the Sunday seven days after Easter).
* Henna Tattoos are not allowed here. You will be held responsible for any damage to my belongings caused from a Henna Tattoo. Henna Tattoos rub off on anything they touch and the henna causes permanent stains.
* Reservations through travel agencies or other 3rd parties are not accepted. Guest must book in their own name with their own contact information.

PEST CONTROL TREATMENT SCHEDULE:
3rd Thursday in February, April, June, August, October, and December. The entire building is treated. Pest Control arrives on site at 9 am and no exact time of arrival at this condo can be given. Pest Control has a key so nobody needs to be present to let them in. They will ring the doorbell, knock and announce themselves loudly before entering the condo. It takes them about 5 minutes to treat the unit and they will lock up when they leave.

SANITATION INFO:
* Cleaned with hospital grade disinfectant. Linens laundered and sanitized in hot water. No air fresheners or perfumed products used during cleanings.

POOL INFO:
* Must follow all posted pool rules. Entry into the pool area is gained by the same gate card that you use to enter the front gate of the complex. Hours may vary without notice. Pool Season is typically May 15 - Oct 15. (Pool is usually open for the season right after Memorial Day thru Labor Day.) Use the pool at your own physical and health risk. There are no lifeguards at the pool. The HOA requires that all children under age 10 MUST be accompanied by an adult. Pool compliance is closely monitored.

MINIMUM STAY INFO:
*** SUMMER: (2nd week of June through 1st week of Sept) - Rents weekly only. Sunday to Sunday. Check in Sunday @ 4 pm. Check out the following Sunday @ 10 am.
*** FALL, WINTER, SPRING: (2nd week of Sept through 1st week of June) - 2 or 3 night minimum. Rents nightly, weekly or monthly. Check in any day @ 4 pm. Check out any day @ 10 am.

Three of us (husband, adult daughter and me) stayed at Jackpot in early September. The condo was immaculate and nicely decorated, and you can tell that the owner takes pride in keeping the condo clean and in excellent condition. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated the convenience of the water filtration system (no need for bottled water) as well as both a drip coffee maker and a small Keurig. The view from the condo was amazing. We loved sitting on the deck each morning, looking at the ocean. The location was amazing— just a stone’s throw from the beach.

The property was exactly as advertised—clean, updated, and overall a positive stay. The only area I think could be improved is the hospitality factor. The listing is very transparent about items like trash bags, toilet paper, and soap not being provided, though it would have been a nice touch to have a small starter kit on hand. Similarly, the departure instructions felt a bit more rigid than other rentals we’ve experienced—such as washing and replacing all kitchenware rather than simply loading and starting the dishwasher before leaving. Since a housekeeping fee is already included in the rental cost, and the guests are doing a good deal themselves the additional envelope requesting tips felt somewhat out of place. A few small adjustments in this area would go a long way toward making the stay feel warmer and more welcoming.

Beautiful condo on the beach in convenient area of Emerald Isle. The only down side was the beach is pretty small and the nearby public parking made it crowded. We would definitely go back in the off season. Working with Jean was easy and the check in procedure was perfect.

A Happy Anniversary

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jackpot. The kitchen was equipped with anything you could possibly need. Beds were very comfortable. The unit was very clean and the view of the beach/ocean was delightful. The pavilion near the beach access was a nice little gathering spot and the beach access was very convenient. The unit is near public beach access which means there is a lifeguard on duty most of the time. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Jackpot is one of my favorite little EI condos. Love the proximity to the beach, the views and the pool is a plus. The fire alarm going off after midnight with an evacuation was a little unsettling but did not damper our vacation. Super clean and equipped with most everything you need. Jackpot of GOLD!

To say this rental was a Jackpot is an understatement and does not do the property justice. This was by far one of the most amazing VRBO rentals we have ever had! I don’t even know where to begin. Easy to get to, right in the center of Emerald Isle in close proximity to all the amenities. The condo itself was immaculate and so spacious. Perfect for two adult couples or a family with kids. The view can only be described as something out of a movie with 2 separate balconies directly on the ocean-this is not an exaggeration! Immediate access to the beach. This would be a good option for those with mobility issues as the building has an elevator and walking distance is short to the beach. Maybe 100ft. I could go on and on and on, we have sincerely fallen in love with the Bogue Banks and Emerald Isle. We highly recommend this rental!!! And we will be back! Jean-your Jackpot filled our souls with so much love. Thank you!!!!

Too short of a trip

We really enjoyed our experience and would recommend the condo for others. I views are wonderful and the direct access to the ocean is very easy. We were there over a cooler and very blustery weekend and unfortunately didn’t get to spend as much time on the beach as we would have liked. Jean was fantastic with communication and our check-in and our process was very easy. The condo has been updated nicely. Our only negative was the master bed is very creaky so if you’re a light sleeper, like myself, when you or your spouse move it’s very loud. The second bedroom mattress was the best by far! Our daughter loved it! Thank you Jean for being a fantastic host on our first trip to Emerald Isle!

Enjoying the beach

The location is literally a two minute walk to the beach and so close to lots of restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay in this unit again.
