'Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes...

'Het is een heerlijk appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Daniella, Marco en Giacomo zijn zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het appartement is schoon en fris. Wij vonden het erg jammer dat toen wij er waren erg veel verkeer langs kwam. Men rijdt daar geen 30 km per uur maar raast voorbij. Wij zijn vanwege het geluid van slaapkamer verhuisd. 'We have been visiting Menaggio on a pretty regular basis since 1992 and have never had a bad experience. The Mira Al Lago was no exception. The place is marvelous. It is quiet, pleasant, clean, and offers a wonderful and relaxing view of Lago di Como from the house or from the perfectly placed patio. It was the perfect place for us to relax at the end of a long adventure of visiting friends and family in Spain and Italy. Grazie mille a tutti quelli di Lake Como Holiday per il vostro aiuto.'

'Cozy accomodation, there are at least 2 routes up/down. The first time we had the "adventurous" route where there were really small and high angle mountain roads. Our Toyota Aygo didn't like that, at all ;) However, If you set your navigation to Epikure, you will see a road going up which also leads up to the accomodation, but much much easier road. Adriana, the housekeeper is a sweetheart!'

'Although it was advertised as a second floor, we truly had to walk approximately four floors from the street up to our second floor. I will say the view was beautiful, however finding the location and finding the management office to obtain the keys Was very difficult Additionally, the sofa bed was in such bad shape. 'Our accommodation had the most breathtaking view. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were gracious, attentive and lovely. San Giovanni ferry terminal is only a few meters away and Bellagio is walkable if you don't mind going uphill and downhill. The area is very peaceful and quiet.'
