'Staff was amazing; super friendly, no matter time of day they greeted you with a smile and always said hello. Breakfast was awesome every morning and the service staff was on top of cleaning and checking to make sure everything was ok. By far the overall nicest stay i have had in a long time!! Thank you!'

'Room was given away. I reaerved for two nights because we needed an earlier check in around 11am so willing was going to pay extra night for ability. Reached out to hotel twice, first thime responded no problem, second time i didnt hear anything but didnt think it woild be a concern. '

My only recommendation is that they may perhaps wish to replace their hallway carpeting for it is becoming rather worn, but is otherwise quite clean.'

'Unpleasant front desk. Paco- He was very rude and did not have good customer service. We felt like walking on eggshells with him. He also covered the black “help” button so that customers couldn’t press it. When we did press it, he scolded us and told us not to press it. Cleaning staff was horribly rude when we asked for extra towels in the hallway. The room smelled really bad. The foyer especially smelled like musky old feet. 'Once you are able to park and actually get in, the hotel is outstanding. I’ll get to that later. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. A small refrigerator and microwave are in the room. We had a street facing room and it was quiet. The problem is parking and getting in. Parking is a relatively short walk away but you have to register online to park with the city. We should have been told exactly how to do that. It was easy to do, but instructions ahead of time...
