'Love staying at Brava house. 10/10!!'

'We had such a wonderful night at the Frances Modern Inn. Their room 15 is a gorgeous two story suite with a perfectly curated apartment feel, just with all of the amenities of a five star hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us with parking and even left birthday cupcakes for my husband. There is a beautiful patio and courtyard to hang out in before even arriving in the suite. The suite itself has a very comfortable bed and linens, was incredibly clean, and had a beautiful clawfoot...

'The staff was amazing. They helped me figure out a game plan to get hot water to my room so I could make lemon water and the bar staff was so friendly. Even the valets were friendly and accommodating. The room was very cool and they even did turndown service while I was out and about. The bed was comfy, the shower was amazing, and overall I enjoyed staying here'

'Good but overpriced. While rated a 5 star something is lacking. The food is mediocre at best and they seem to be trying to appeal to “foodies” rather than relying on tried and true favorites. I am surprised this hotel made the Auberge collection. '

'I stayed at the H.I. downtown to attend a conference nearby and my overall experience was positive. I was greeted at the front desk by a friendly and helpful staff member and provided with 2 free bottles of spring water for my 2-night stay. The parking was easy to navigate and I felt safe in the parking garage. My room was a corner room with a balcony and was quite spacious and clean. I did not eat the free breakfast because that was also provided at the conference I attended down the street. ...

'Very clean and also very pleasant staff. The garage situation was confusing, requiring a room key to get in, but the initial arrival area was so disorganized that it was a real hassle. We also had very loud upstairs neighbors, a middle of the night phone call, and the room’s air conditioning unit was very loud when kicking on once the surrounding got quiet that it kept waking us up every 10-15 minutes.'

'This hotel was beautiful, unique, clean, cozy and the views were incredible. I also loved the digital system for the valet bc I could tip each valet at the end of my stay and summon the car from my phone in the comfort of my room. The staff was so friendly and helpful and accommodating! I also loved the digital check out process.'

'This hotel never disappoints. It’s got so many amenities available to the guests as well as bikes you can rent and take through the city. The neighborhood is walkable and has great food. Highly recommend.'
