'Dirty hotel, staff couldn’t be bothered. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Frontdesk told us that that was the new post COVID policy. We asked for clean towels. When we returned after dinner the towels were in the hallway in front of our door, just thrown on the dirty carpet. Coffeemaker at the entrance did not work for almost a day because it needed cleaning. At a certain point we asked the frontdesk. She replied that she would clean it in 10 minutes. Right. It took until the next day....

'Top hotel. Gezellig terras aan het water met een open haard. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Fijne bedden en een top ontbijt. Alles werd goed schoongemaakt en aangevuld. Hotel krijgt van ons een 10. Beste hotel van onze road trip van Minneapolis naar Yellow Stone Park en terug. '

'Clean room, good breakfast and excellent customer service'

'All rooms smell of smoke weed and horrible like fungus and damp. The beds were horrible, though they said us they are going to put one dirty room for clean, but assigned the same room to our friends who checked in late. Coffee was poor, breakfast was bad. Lot of kids running around in the hotel parking area at night, so did not feel safe.'

'Property was obviously pretty old. Renovations have been attempted, but seemingly not by professionals. There were paint splatters on the floor, baseboards and other areas. Breakfast was ok, but the coffee was some of the worst we've ever had in a hotel. Overall, we didn't think it was worth the cost.'

'The staff was excellent. I needed to tay an extra night and they were more than accommodating.'
