Conveniently located in downtown Montrose, you are walking distance from coffee and retail shops as well as restaurants on Main Street. Stay here, play anywhere. Our lovely home does have an accessory dwelling unit which is a local business and nail salon. This business only has access to the backyard for emergency purposes.

This was a great place to stay in Montrose. Right off the main downtown restaurants, in a good neighborhood with easy dog, walking, and simple to find. The house was nicely renovated with the historic charm maintained. We really enjoyed sitting out on the back patio and having dinner. Keith was very easy to communicate with. We would stay here again!

This home is a gem in Montrose. The photos don't do it justice. We used it for my son's wedding to have all the groomsmen get ready together and there was ample room and space for all.

Beautiful and cozy home in downtown Montrose CO. It was a clean house with a great location to visit Black Canyons. Exceptional communication with the owner, quite and easy check in and out.

Creative remodel and great decor

The house is an old house that has been beutifully renovated and attention put into every detail inside and out to make for a perfect stay. I would absolutly stay again. What a find!

Cozy convenient

The house was convenient to Main Street and places to eat. As well as close to our family we were visiting and the venue. There was plenty of room for us to spread out in the house with multiple living room areas. Stay was great thank you!

Amazing place to stay!

What a wonderful, perfect place to stay. Fantastic kitchen. Love the porch in front and patio in back. The mini split ACs kept bedrooms cool. There is so much space in this house.

Great place with lots of character

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house had so much character and charm and was plenty big enough for a big group, if you have one. We loved that we could bring our dogs and really appreciated the backyard. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked. You can't beat the location. We'll definitely be back in the future!

Beautiful, clean and great walkable location

We cooked, we grilled, spent time in every vignette the home had to offer - such a relaxing way to travel. Short walk to town for farmer's market, and favorites like the Horsefly and Colorado Boy pizza. Host Rachel was incredibly nice and helpful with local information.

Beautiful, spacious home

This home is absolutely beautifully decorated and very large. It was perfect for our family. Keith was very helpful and responded very quickly. It’s very conveniently located to Black Canyon of the Gunnison. We would definitely stay again.

Lots of space, clean and comfortable, right in town!

My husband and I and our dog had a great one week stay. There was plenty of space for all of us, and the house was well equipped for working and cooking. Clean and comfortable. Right in town, walkable to restaurants, shops, and bike trail. Great communication, highly recommend for a stay in Montrose!

A comfortable home

We enjoyed the home. It was very comfortable. Location was close to main st. It was very nice having a fenced in yard for our dog. We could also walk to a close park to let our dog play and run. Would stay here again.

We were overwhelmed by the size and cleanliness of this home. You can tell the owners take great pride in sharing their home. Location is great and such character too! Our boys loved the mailbox slot.
