Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire chalet and all outdoor areas of the property, including the private beach, dock, outdoor kitchen, yard, and parking areas.



A few maintenance and storage areas are reserved for property operations and are not accessible during your stay.

Other Things to Note:

- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM.

- The indoor fireplace is not operational and must not be used due to insurance requirements.

- Stand-up paddleboards are available from June 1 to October 15. A security deposit may be required, and guests are responsible for any loss or damage.

- Outdoor security cameras are installed solely to protect the property. They do not monitor any indoor spaces.

- Please respect the property, the neighbors, and the house rules to help ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests.

- It is strictly forbidden to access or use the dock. It belongs to the owners. Even if you are not using it, going onto the dock is not permitted.

- Guests are responsible for following all safety guidelines related to the outdoor amenities, watercraft, and dock during their stay.
