Three bedroom apartment in the center of downtown Montreal.
In addition to the three bedrooms there is a full kitchen, living room, bathroom with bathtub and shower.

I have limited parking spot for 3 units. The parking spot can be arranged with $40/night (Tax included) extra charge. Please ask me about the parking availability before complete your reservation.

You have a self check-in process.

I have 1 parking space. Parking availability is limited. Reserve parking at your earliest convenience to have it reserved exclusively for you.

My check-in window is 5pm-12am. If you need to arrive later you can, but I cannot guarantee I am available to reply to messages after 12 if you need something when you arrive. You will have the full instructions a day before arrival so plenty of time to ask my questions ahead of your arrival.

I am quick to reply to my guests, but between 12am and 8am I am usually sleeping, but I always check my messages first thing next morning and will reply your messages first thing.

If I am out of the city I always have a team to help take care of my guests for unexpected emergencies. In time of need they can come to the building to help.

On rare occasions I may need emergency access to the apartment for emergency repairs or inspection if there is issues elsewhere in the building. I always give notice in advance to the best of my ability. Again this is only in time of emergency need.

No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
For all violations, we may seek compensation of $200 or more.
