'Staff was kind and replied promptly via whatsapp. The hardware of the apartment was good but software need to be improved. Staff was prepared the bed linen and towel for us but all with wrinkles seems not tidy and the size was not fit. No tissue at apartment and the heater was not functioned well, we need to ask for help but need a long time for attending us.'

'We were visiting friends at Welsh Mountain Cider an this was a convenient location for us. The house was clean and cosy and easy to find. Everything was as described. Check in was easy. Parking easy. Next door to Mount Inn. This suited us perfectly. However this may not be comfortable for some handicapped people. '

'Huge place and comfortable enough. TV has no signal and there was no sign of a wifi code and no connection that I could make, so pointless having a tv in the place as not useable. Rooms were comfortable and big, bathroom is very nice too, shower needs some attention though as the top head is so limescales it sprays over the top of the shower and on to the floor, and there is some bad mould on the base, door runners also not working properly. Great location and for the size of the place not...

"Het hotel ziet er oud en prachtig uit. We hadden een mooie sfeervolle kamer die schoon en netjes was. Vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel en voldoende parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein. Genoten van lekkere bieren van de tap en lekker gegeten!"
