Recently renovated, with a chef’s kitchen, double ovens, a custom dining table for 8+ and laundry. Set in a peaceful community at the foot of Jay Peak with private hiking and backcountry ski trails, forest, a small brook and mountain views. Private driveway fits 3-4 cars.

This recently renovated chalet-style home has a large chef’s kitchen with double ovens and a 6-burner gas stove, a custom wooden dining table for 8+, laundry, and a comfy living area with sofa and chairs. Cozy warm blankets are provided.

Second floor
• Main bedroom: Queen
• Second bedroom: Third bedroom: 1 bunk bed (double bottom, twin top) and 1 double futon (sleeps 5)

First floor
• Third bedroom: Queen

• No smokers
• People who smoke on the property or leave an odor of smoke are subject to:
o $150 fine
o Removal from the property without a refund
o A negative review with the following explanation: “Guest breached house rules by smoking”

Check-out
• Throw all trash into trash cans
• Clean all dishes (running the dishwasher is fine)
• Wipe down kitchen counters,
• Return all furniture to their original locations when you checked in
o We understand rotating the angle of upholstered chairs but prefer you do not move large furniture such as sofas, beds and upholstered chairs
o If you feel moving large furniture will help you enjoy your stay, please contact Danny or Katie
