De kamer 709 stinkt en ruikt erg muf. We hebben elke dag dat we de kamer verlieten de ramen opengezet, maar dit hielp niet. De kamers zijn ook extreem gehorig, je zit rechtop in je bed wanneer de buren de wc doorspoelen. Verder functioneerde de airco niet.

Hotel is een beetje verouderd. Kofffieapparaat lekte, tv vertoonde kuren en pas na vierde keer melden bij de receptie (keurig) gerepareerd. Hotel is druk conferentie oord waardoor het in de lobby zeer druk is en wifi is tot vijf van 8 verdiepingen in zo'n geval zeer zwak / onbetrouwbaar.

Aan de Rambla, mooi uitzicht op zee.
Het hotel ligt op een goede locatie, vlak aan de Rambla en in het oude stad gedeelte met winkels, pleinen, bezienswaardigheden. Het hotel is wel wat gedateerd.

Estará mediana mas serviu ao propósito.
O hotel é bem localizado mas carece de renovação! Ao chegarmos no hotel fomos informados que o quarto de casal que havíamos reservado havia esgotado e só nos ofereceram com duas camas de solteiro! O café da manhã é ok. Preço justo pela diária.

Já fui outras vezes para Montevideu e fiquei em outros hotéis. Nenhum se iguala ao NH. Excelente localização, mobiliário novo, manutenções em dia, café da manhã farto de variedades e com boa qualidade. Sempre que eu precisar voltar à capital uruguaia ficarei neste hotel.

I had a bad experience at this hotel. I checked in online the night before and selected a room on the 8th floor (to avoid street noise) with a king size bed. When I arrived, they put me in a small room on the 6th floor with two small twin beds. The bed was uncomfortable. I could feel the springs. They said that is all they had even though I had checked in on line the day before. I always do this at NH hotels, that's why I like NH. The room was noisy, small and moldy. The hotel itself is old but I must have gotten the worse room in the whole place because most the reviews were great. That was not the case with my room. I didn't stay. I checked out and went to another hotel. The reception did not offer any alternatives. This is not to NH standards. I would not recommend staying here.

La propiedad es vieja, el baño no se ha renovado, el suelo está dañado y parece sucio, las sábanas estaban manchadas. La comida regular. Comparado con otros NH este es el peor NH que he visto. No lo recomendaría.

The room had no air conditioning, which is contrary to what was advertised on Expedia. Although the explanation at the front desk was that the air conditioner in all rooms were turned off due to being winter-time, the days I stayed were summer temperatures at over 80 degrees. And to make matters worse, there were a lack of fans being distributed. If the Expedia advertising were honest and accurate concerning the air conditioners being turned off, I would have never booked the three nights. And what does it take to turn the air conditioners on for a few days? I attribute the problem to bad management.

The room housekeeper, Cyd a really great job of keeping my room neat and clean and stocked. The desk staff was responsive and I even got a room when I arrived early in the morning. Was a little difficult at first to figure out how to get my laundry done and were room service was because no one was answering the phone. Then I and where room service was because no one was answering the phone. Then I found the code

Just spent one night in Montevideo. Hotel was in convenient walking distance from the old part of the city and good parking option right in front. They allowed check out an hour later than usual without charge as I had an online meeting I had to complete 👍

Se olvidaban de hacer el cuarto pedí cama extra llegue a media noche y no había cama extra tuve que sacar otro cuarto por una noche porque a esa hora no había personal para colocar la cama yno entrábamos ,otro día llamo para room service nadie contestó el teléfono ni el restaurante ni la recepción me quede sin desayunar .Lo bueno está bien localizado dos cuadras de los comercios, restaurantes.

Property is getting old and could use an update. There is no air conditioning in the rooms at this time of year (September, their winter/early spring) and the rooms were quite hot. Flooring is scratched up to hell. Barely any space between the sink and the shower glass to enter the shower. It was a functional hotel but pretty average.

Achei a pessoa que nos atendeu decepcionante . Estava de carro e n tinha aonde parar e a solução da recepcionista do hotel pediu para eu entrar em contato com a locadora . Ainda bem que era domingo e poderíamos estacionar . Colchão ondulado muito ruim . Café da manhã muito bom .

Hotel com quartos novos e antigos. O apartamento de frente para a portaria era novo e confortável, ventilado e amplo. Os apartamentos do fundo são mais antigos, com sistema de aquecimento antigo e pouco ventilado. Não possuir ar condicionado frio, somente sistema de aquecimento. Boa cama e chuveiro excelente. Ótimo café da manhã e ambiente muito limpo e agradável.
