'The property is under renovation. We stayed in a renovated room and it was lovely - 5 stars! Staff was friendly and very accommodating - 5 stars. The outdoor pool and hot tub were well maintained - 5 stars. Parking is underground, and at the moment, a bit congested due to the reno.'

'I believe i found my new secret hideaway. I cannot praise the hosts and resort enough. The condo gives a luxury cottage vibe and thr location is so scenic. The bonus is all day aceess to the tennis courts and the pool and hott tub. Another bomus was the close proximity to the Blue mountain village. There is also an indian testaurant overlooking the pool atea. The resort is nestled in beautiful trees and backdrop of the hills. The condo itself was comfortable, clean and in tip top shape....

'Checkin was very smooth and had easy to follow instructions. The unit was clean and perfect for what I needed. The entrance was right at the bottom of one of the ski hills which in the winter would be very convenient. The bed was super comfortable, but it was high off the ground. I’m 5’8” and still had to do a little hop to get onto the bed. So it wouldn’t be great for those with mobility issues. Be prepared to bring your a step if it is a problem.'

'Property was clean but but could use some TLC. There is no way someone can sleep on the pull out couch. It’s extremely uncomfortable (basically a blanket over metal springs. Gladly we packed a blowout mattress with us. Nice view from our unit though. '

'Our apartment was nicely updated and clean except for the duvet cover that wasn't cleaned before our stay. You could tell because there was a blood stain on it. The mattress needs to be changed as it was very uncomfortable. There was supposed to be a sofa bed but was more of a day bed with a child size pull out bed under the couch so was falsely advertised. Very close to blue mountain so that was nice. '

'The air conditioner was noisy and kept waking me up all night long. Also had to answer more info to another company inoder for the security deposit. Expedia should handle the money portion of the transaction '

'The unit is nice for a family. It’s comfortable. The location is fine. A couple of comments to improve the service: The kitchen utensils and other stuff we not clean. Particularly forks and knives had to be washed before we used them. The drawers have crumbs or something else. Also, we had questions about the facilities but we could not reach the administrators the day before or the day of our arrival The phones are not answered and the AI help does not work. '

'Rooms were clean and spacious, pool area was clean and the breakfast was great! Will come back again when in the area for sure'

'The staff was pleasant. Did not know that they didn’t provide automatic daily cleaning and garbage removal. After day two without those services we inquired and found out that you have to remove the garbage yourself and that they don’t provide daily cleaning. No microwaves in the room but there is one in the hallway by the ice maker and due to the thin walls and gaps around the doors, you can hear everything in your room. The price was right but not sure if we would return. '

'Came here for our honeymoon. From the time we stepped foot in the building, we were treated so well. This is the nicest place we have ever stayed. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place. A cool robot to take you where all the amenities were. Staff were amazing. We will be back'
