Appartementen in Montemurlo

'Il Rivalta – Place of Charm is a clean and well maintained property in an excellent central location. The room was comfortable and nicely designed, and the surrounding area is full of character and within walking distance of Florence’s main attractions. While it wasn’t completely quiet at times, the overall experience was very pleasant. A great place to stay in Florence.'

'I rarely write reviews but could not in good conscience not write one this time. There was only one issue with this property but it involved the daily HEALTH and SAFETY of our family. In the morning after our first night at the property my husband and I both noticed a gas type smell. Although we left early that morning for a pre-arranged day trip out of Florence I sent a text to the property about our concerns, stating that we had smelled what seemed to be a gas smell and were quite concerned....

'A wonderfull location!'

'Really convenient location, not crowded at all since it’s not in the center of the city. Everything is close and easy to walk to! The room itself was very clean with two AC units that kept everything a nice temperature. Just be careful going up and down the stairs as they are quite steep and narrow.'

'Overall the stay was good, but there were some issues. I paid for a specific blow dryer for the trip and they told me last minute it was given to another customer. Also, the air conditioning temperature is locked and the apartment did not cool down so it was very uncomfortable sleeping. Lastly, the shower is so small you can barely move in it. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was decent and the host communicated quickly.'

'This place was a nightmare to stay at. The power constantly goes out all the time, even when there is nothing plugged into any of the outlets and the washing machine is the only thing being used. And this happens whenever any appliance is used, hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. And there is no help of any sort with this problem from the owners, they refuse to have the electricity fixed. It is also horrible sleeping at night because the street is constantly noisy with cars,...

'We stayed for almost 3 weeks in the appartment. The host Daniele and his wife Annalisa are super nice and very attentive. Upon arrival there is a bottle of wine and some small things ready. They are helpful and if you have questions you can always call them. From the apartment it is a 5 minute walk to the center and the train station. Supermarket is 10 minutes by car. If you want to do sports there is also a gym within walking distance. Very nice apartment where you can enjoy your stay. We had a...

'Located in heart of Oltrano on the main street this is a nicely equipped unit, comfortable, clean, and spacious. Close to everything you'll need while in Florence.'

'Great host, warm welcome, and good communication. Very nice place, beautiful entrance, and spacious room and very clean, with all the facilities you need for a pleasant and independent stay where you can also prepare your own meals if you wish. Kitchenette with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle. Very complete. Perfect and quiet air conditioning and very comfortable bed. Clean and complete bathroom. 5-minute walk from the center and plenty of places to eat and drink in the...

'The apartment was in a perfect location for good transport and for visiting the main attractions; most within walking distance. It was very clean, comfortable and at night, very quiet. '
