So starting from the top of the list and going down upon arrival, we were putting the wrong room after specifying at the front desk what room we had reserved and paid for then being confirmed that yes that was the room we were booked for and then arriving to the incorrect room. We called down to the front desk and inform them that they had given us the wrong room. They apologize and said they would send somebody up with new room keys and help us move our luggage to the correct room four hours later after waiting around for said person to bring new room keys up And wasting our afternoon I called back down to the front desk and told them we were coming down with our luggage and belongings to get the new room keys. They said we couldn’t because they had already given them to somebody who was supposed to be bringing them to us. upon finally getting the new room keys Are you getting situated We realized it was still the wrong room, but didn’t call back or complain and just may do with it. We were supposed to have a queen ocean view room. With a separate living room that had a pullout bed with the couch we ended up with a double partial ocean view room and they pull out couch. Had a horrible old nasty mattress with no sheets nor pillows call down to the front desk to ask for a set of sheets and pillows for the couch never received them. The next issue we faced was the shower leaked everywhere causing serious slip and fall hazard i myself fell twice. And we had to use multiple towel
