Villa Biancavite is an elegant two-story villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Biancavite you will enjoy a charming view of the valley, of Montecatini Alto and of Montecatini Terme. Villa Biancavite is 380 square meters (4100 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a small private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Montecatini Terme, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 350 meters (380 yards), a grocery store at 2.5 km (roughly 1.55 miles) and the bus stop at 50 meters (165 feet). You will reach Villa Biancavite from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Biancavite. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 9 meters (30 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. It can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the valley and of Montecatini Terme. The pool is open from mid-April until the end of October.
Terrace
The terrace is 5 square meters (53 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola. It is equipped with a small sofa, as well as with chairs.
Patio
The patio is 45 square meters (485 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic awnings and by tall trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of Montecatini Alto.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the valley.
Ground FloorKitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room going down six steps. The furnishings are elegant and bright. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. There is a nice fireplace. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a satellite television (local channels). From the kitchen two French doors will take you to the garden. The room has a large window, as well as two small windows, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen through an access area. The floor is paved with Venetian mosaic. The ceiling has white exposed wood beams. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area.
