Our cozy apartment is located within the Baia del Silenzio Residence. It is a three-room apartment measuring 100 square meters, with a spacious terrace overlooking the lake. The apartment is on a single floor and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The large terrace, with its mesmerizing view, features a large table, several chairs, and umbrellas for shade. Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find an open-concept layout with a spacious living room, a well-equipped open kitchen, and a relaxation area with a sleeper sofa and armchairs. The pool is shared within the residence and is open from June 12 to September 12; the terrace is private
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, who can choose where to sleep from among 6 different sleeping arrangements:
2 double bedrooms.
A living room (with a 2-person sofa bed that opens directly onto the panoramic terrace with an enchanting night view)
The living room also features a smart TV with access to major streaming platforms.
A high-speed LTE router is available in the apartment.
Bed linens, towels, and a tablecloth are provided.
The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.
The terrace is private and features a large table, ideal for gatherings with friends.
From the panoramic terrace, sailing enthusiasts can watch regattas, which are often organized on weekends or even during the week by neighboring sailing clubs: Pilzone ANS, Sarnico, and Lovere.
Guest access:
The entire apartment is private and at the guest’s complete disposal.
The shared swimming pool is open from June 12 to September 12 with a lifeguard on duty.
There are also common areas on the first floor facing the lake with ping-pong tables. Just outside the residence, also on the first floor, there is a large picnic area facing the lake and a small marina where you can temporarily moor your boat.
Other things to keep in mind
Please note that the water on the island is not potable. There are public fountains where you can fill water bottles or containers. Near the apartment, there is a grocery store or a bar where you can buy drinks. The apartment is not accessible to people with limited mobility, as there are still many stairs to reach the elevator, the beach, or the residence’s exit (even if you use the outdoor elevator).
You CANNOT bring a car to the island; you get around on foot, by bike, by bus, or by taxi. You can also get around by kayak, inflatable boat, or windsurfing, docking at various spots around the island. Ideal for water sports enthusiasts.
There are MANY restaurants and a few bars on the island, but there are no NIGHTCLUBS.
