On the beautiful Tuscan coast of Monte Argentario, within the exclusive Calapiccola consortium, we rent a holiday home consisting of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and the island of Giglio. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs for breakfasts and dinners under the starry sky, as well as an umbrella and sun loungers. Our guests have the right to access the large panoramic swimming pool and the solarium and also the exclusive equipped beach club, where they have reserved an umbrella with relative deckchairs. All included in the price of the stay. The bathing establishment is also equipped with a bar and restaurant open also in the evening. The house is suitable for both a couple and a family with 2 or 3 children. .
The house has a reserved parking space.
For those who wish, towels and kitchen linen and sheets are provided, at no additional cost.
Domestic utilities and initial and final cleaning are also included in the price (with the hope that the house will be left in civil conditions anyway ....) For the 2023 season, the prices of the stay have remained almost unchanged, despite the sharp increase of electricity and gas. We count on the sensitivity of the guests to avoid waste, especially in the use of air conditioners.
As regards the days of arrival and departure there are no particular obligations but we would like not to leave empty spaces between a booking
ion and the other.

From the end of June to the first week of September (approximately) a shuttle service will be operational which, at fixed and frequent times, will shuttle between the bathing establishment and the various houses so those who want can avoid using the car.

dit vakantiehuis ligt in een landelijke omgeving en vlak bij het strand in Monte Argentario. Bezoek Azienda Bruni en Haven van Giglio als je graag iets actiefs wilt doen. Als je graag de natuur intrekt, verken dan Riserva naturale della Feniglia en L'Oasi WWF di Orbetello. Acquario Mediterraneo dell'Argentario en Parco Emozionale e Luminarie di Fontermosa zijn ook een bezoek waard. Ga voor waterpret zoals duiken en snorkelen. Blijf jij liever op het droge? Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist in einer Anlage mit mehreren Einheiten in Terassenbauweise, so dass man einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer hat -morgens zum Kaffee, am Pool oder Abends bei traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen. Die Unterkunft ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber gut ausgestattet und für vier Personen (2Erwachsene2Kinder) ausreichend. Die Gastgeber waren super nett, sehr hilfreich und immer ansprechbar.

I have been going to PSS for 10 years but this time I rented this small apartment with a gorgeous view of the sea and Giglio. The terrace is very lovely and cozy. The apartment is spartan but perfectly fine. Great for a couple w children, though it sleeps a total of 5 there is 1 bathroom. We had a very cordial and warm welcome from Alessia!

Wundervolle Umgebung

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in der Unterkunft. Besondere Vorzüge sind der Pool des Hotels sowie der Zugang zum Beach Club. Auch das Hotel Restaurant ist hervorragend und man braucht nur eine Minute dorthin. Die Klimaanlage war vor allem an den ersten Tagen ein Segen. Alessia war eine großartige Hilfe und jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Zu beachten ist nur, dass das zweite Zimmer keine Tür hat.

Vacanza con tutti i comfort

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza in questo alloggio. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la posizione e la vista spettacolare sul mare, sull'isola del Giglio, Montecristo e, quando il cielo è limpido, sulla Corsica. La zona è tranquilla, ma in pochi minuti si raggiunge Porto S. Stefano dove sono presenti tutti i servizi ed è possibile trascorrere serate vivaci. L'alloggio è dotato di tutti i comfort. Decisamente un plus l'accesso incluso alla piscina dell'hotel e alla spiaggia privata con servizio navetta. Massimo e Alessia sono stati molto cortesi e disponibili nel rispondere alle nostre richieste. Una vacanza che avremmo voluto durasse di più; speriamo di tornare presto !

Fantastischer Ausblick auf's Meer mit täglichem wunderschönem Sonnenuntergang. Absolut ruhige Lage. Sehr schöner Pool, aber der privat nutzbare Strand vom Hotel ist noch viel schöner. Muss man unbedingt besuchen!!! Ansonsten war alles soweit in Ordnung und vorhanden. Das Bad (Dusche) ist aber relativ eng bemessen. Es ist alles vorhanden: Kaffeemaschine, kleiner Backofen, Mikrowelle, ausreichend Geschirr + Besteck und Gasherd + TV. Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe, ca. 50m entfernt. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Great location

Great location and free use of hotel facilities like swimming pool with lifeguard and private beach. We had a great holiday. The apartment itself was very small as we expected, this was clear on the picture so it does fit the description on the website. But it had a vermin problem which was very unpleasant, hopefully this will be sorted out properly. The cabinets are outdated and could do with a good makeover. Wifi and Airco work properly.

Urlaub mit Meerblick

Die Wohnung liegt am Hang neben dem benachbarten Boutiqe-Hotel, dessen Pool mitbenutzt werden kann. Unsere Kinder haben ihn wirklich geliebt und waren täglich im Wasser. Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Schritte unterhalb am Hang, eingebettet in eine kleine Anlage mit Terrassenwohnungen. Der Blick ist wirklich atemberaubend! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt: ein gutes W-LAN und ein TV mit Netflix/Prime usw. Alessia, die die Bettreuung vor Ort übernimmt, war sehr freundlich. Für uns war es der perfekte Urlaub. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Amazing Views; Great Stay!

We loved our stay in Cala Piccola! The views are breath taking - the condo faces west for unbelievable sunsets each night, and the condo is even nicer than what is in the pictures (There is now a nice refrigerator, air conditioning, and clothes and dish washers). We had an amazing vacation at Massimo's condo. The Condo is exactly as is in the pictures (except a little better in my opinion, see above). As a renter of the condo, you are essentially on the grounds of a nice boutique hotel and have access to all hotel amenities (pool, towels, beach club, formal restaurant for breakfast/dinner, and restaurant/bar for lunch and cocktails that sits on a cliff overlooking the sea). The highlight for us was definitely the beach club, which is about a 3 min drive down the mountain. The apartment is clean and has modern appliances. The beds are not comfortable and the owner could stand to get a set of new towels. FYI there is no crib if you're bringing an infant as we did (consistent with the listing not mentioning a crib) Overall, we loved our stay, we plan to come back to Argentario as soon as we can and would definitely stay at this rental again.

Diese angebliche Ferienwohnung bietet ausser einem schönen Meerblick nichts. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind extrem klein und eng. Die Inneneinrichtung: Alte lieblos zusammengewürfelte Möbel, teils defekt und mit altem Müll beladen, alte verstaubte Stoffblumen, kaputte Bilder. Küche: Verdreckte Kochplatten, Toaster verdreckt, Gläser und geschirr verdreckt. Wir mussten diese erstmal durchwaschen, allerdings gab es einen einzigen Pad für die Geschirrspülmaschine. Ein einziges Weinglas in einer Fereinwohnung, echt jetzt? Die benutzung des pool sit ok, aber wenn man an den privaten dazugehörigen Strand fahren möchte , muss man PArkgebühr zahlen, obwohl man die KArte für eine Zufahrtsberechtigung hat. Am Strand muss man sich zu viert auf unter einen einzigen Soonnenschirm zwängen auf einer Steinfläche von 3 m2, obwohl viele Liegeflächen und Schirme unbenutzt frei sind. Resume: Schöner Meerblick in alter verdreckter Wohnung.

Amazing location - small, dated apartment needs some work

The location and access to pool and beach are fantastic, but this is a v small, dated apartment and we had v little to no water for most of our stay. We got water back on the last day then no hot water. Owner/manager/owner’s son/maintenance man all v nice and tried to help but nobody really see everything to know what was really going on until a “technician” turned up. I had already used my limited Italian to suggest that a plumber was called. Thank goodness we were able to shower at the pool bathrooms - if not we would have had to find alternative accommodation. Beds v firm but decent, no interior doors. Decent air con. Fridge makes a v loud juddering noise every couple of hours and through the night. Like someone commented a few years ago, new bath towels are really needed. A bin and bath mat in the bathroom would also be a good idea. Food at the hotel pricey but v v good. Beach club fantastic, v clean, good food and really well managed. All in all we had a great time at the pool and beach.

Property was just perfect for us.It has a beach cabin/cottage feel inside, and the view is just stunning.The facilities at the adjacent hotel were excellent as was the private beach.Service from the host was above expectations.

Traumhaft schöne Lage

Ein traumhafter Blick von der Terrasse!!! Die anfangs aufgetretenen technischen Schwierigkeiten wurden alsbald behoben. Teilweise könnte das Interieur durchaus eine Aktualisierung vertragen. ;-) Abgesehen davon hatten wir dort schöne Tage erlebt, schöne Buchten entdeckt, schön gewandert und lecker gegessen. Ein Wiedersehen wäre schön. :-)

Traumhafter Ausblick mit kleinem Aber

Der Ausblick von der Terasse war traumhaft. Die Wohnung beinhaltete alle notwendigen Küchengeräte, auch wenn nicht alle gleichzeitig angeschlossen werden konnten. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool gehört zum Hotel und darf mitbenutzt werden. Noch mehr irreführend ist der „Privatstrand“. Dieser ist weit weg und gehört ebenso zum Hotel. Sowohl am Strand als auch am Pool ist man lediglich geduldet! Die Betreuung andererseits war sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar.

tutto ok

casa con vista mozzafiato e molto tranquilla , la casa è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici, comodo la possibilità di utilizzare anche la vicina piscina dell'hotel oltre che allo stabilimento balneare di cala piccola, l'unica cosa che forse, a mio giudizio, servirebbe è una 'ristrutturazione' del bagno e di alcune parti della casa.

Beautiful

It‘s really a fantastic place to stay. The accomodation is not big for four persons but the view on the terrace and the possibilities around (usage of the hotel pool and the „beach club“ at the sea) overcompensate. The owner, Elisetta with support from Cecilia, did a great job and are lovely persons. Overall, we strongly recommend to everyone. [Tip: Make a boat trip from San Sebastian around the Island. We have seen whales 10 meters away from our boat! Unforgetable!!!]

An amazing family holiday!

We had a fantastic experience at this property. All the booking and payments went very smoothly and we found the property easily and were met by Elisetta. The location is absolutely stunning!!! Beautiful views from the terrace facing onto the sunset every evening! The pool and beach facilities at the hotel were also great, for both us and our kids (age 11 and 8). The property was also well equipped with everything we needed. We had an absolutely fantastic holiday and would love to come back again!

2 wonderful weeks in this cosy cottage!

My wife and I recently rented Marco’s property for our summer vacation and could not have been more pleased with it! We had a really wonderful stay in Cala Piccola at Nido! Marco is a warm and friendly host; everything you could need is provided for you. The apartment looks exactly as on the pictures (even better than it looks on line) and offered wonderful views of the sea and the quiet location made also for a beautiful relaxing holiday in the middle of stunning nature. It was so nice to wake up each day and to have have breakfast on the terrace! The terrace was a fantastic area where we also had a lot of other unforgettable meals and drinks! We went canoeing and snorkeling. We visited Rome (2 hour train ride from Orbetello station, also convenient for a day outing), Pitigliano, Saturnia (hot springs), Sovana and Siena. Having travelled in Italy a fair bit, I can say that this is a truly special place. We would love to come back again. Thank you, thank you, thank you! George and Michaela.

A truly wonderful stay, peace, quiet & relaxation

Dear Marco, just wanted to thank you so much for our lovely stay in your beautiful house, Nido. We both enjoyed a most relaxing stay. Nido is amazing, very beautiful just as mentioned in the advert online and has everything you could possibly need. Couldn't believe the breath-breaking views over the sea especially the full view of the sunset. Unforgettable the large outside terraces! The best place to have a a home cooked meal. Just fantastic! We both enjoyed swimming and relaxing. We have been to Tuscany several times but it was our first time to Argentario. We loved it! Thank you again it was so quiet and relaxing we didn't want to leave and we look forward to coming again. Thank you for this wonderful week in your house, Deborah R.
