« We had a nice stay! The rooms were nice and clean! The complimentary breakfast was a favorite of the family. Such a variety and well stocked! As well as the cookies at check in, the kids were quite peckish after our travels. The treat held them over until dinner.
The staff were welcoming and very helpful!

« The room was mostly clean, but the mattress on the bed next to the window sags so badly that you can't sit on the side of it without falling to the floor. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles on the wall were empty & had been squeezed so much, they were dented.
The lady at check-in was on her cell phone having a full conversation about finding a man "Butt-naked in the bathtub because he just got too hot". I had to stand there and listen to this conversation while trying to check...

« I was only at the hotel for a quick overnight airport connection layover. I chose this hotel for the airport shuttle. What I did not realize was that the shuttle starts at 0430 which was not early enough for a 0500 flight. It was an additional cost to call a Uber for a 0400 pick up. The room was comfortable enough. »

« Checked in about 9:15 pm. Immediately went to take a shower when I got to my room, only to realize there was no shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or hand soap. No biggie. Went back downstairs to ask for some. Chitchatted with the front desk guy for just a minute or two. Got back to my room and took my shower.
