The first floor offers two open kitchens, each with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee makers, boiling-water tap, and dining table. There are also two living/dining rooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms, and mezzanines with sofa beds and TVs. Two verandas invite al fresco dining.
