'Overall the stay was good, but there were some issues. I paid for a specific blow dryer for the trip and they told me last minute it was given to another customer. Also, the air conditioning temperature is locked and the apartment did not cool down so it was very uncomfortable sleeping. Lastly, the shower is so small you can barely move in it. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was decent and the host communicated quickly.'

'The location is the best aspect of this apartment. You are within walking distance of Palazzo Vecchio and the neighborhood’s historical points of interest and shops alone will take a day to explore. The apartment was very dusty - ledges, floor, walls, patio, everywhere. My allergies were very irritated. The ironing board cover was wet due to the dirty, wet mop head that lay against it. 'Il Rivalta – Place of Charm is a clean and well maintained property in an excellent central location. The room was comfortable and nicely designed, and the surrounding area is full of character and within walking distance of Florence’s main attractions. While it wasn’t completely quiet at times, the overall experience was very pleasant. A great place to stay in Florence.'

'This property is well located in walking distance to all the sites and train station. It sits next to one of Florence’s beautiful bridges. The grocery store is right around the corner. Being able to walk easily to the train station made it ideal for joining travel tours that typically meet there.
