The property features a first bedroom upstairs with a large double bed (160×200) and access to the balcony. A second bedroom has two single beds (90×200). On the first floor, there is a living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The terrace faces south and features a balcony. Each chalet has a garden, a parking space, and access to a playground.<br>A private ski and bike storage room is available for each duplex.<br>On the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, a shower, a separate toilet with a window, and underfloor heating.<br>Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, including 1 large master bedroom with a 160×200 bed and another bedroom with 2 90×200 beds.<br>You can rent multiple units depending on availability; the residence is secure.<br>Mont Saxonnex is a vacation village with several nearby restaurants, ideal as a starting point for hikes, and equipped with all kinds of shops—including a bakery, butcher shop, grocery store, tourist office, and post office—as well as a Pump Tract. It is located 8 km from the Cluses train station, 8 km from Bonneville, 40 minutes from Geneva Airport, 40 minutes from the areas around Chamonix, Geneva, Thonon, and Annecy, with numerous recreational centers nearby.<br>During the winter season, the children’s ski park is just 2 km away. You can experience dog sledding. Many ski resorts are nearby: 20 minutes from Les Carroz and St. Gervais, 30 minutes from Les Gets and Megève, and 40 minutes from La Clusaz.<br>*Please note that sheets and towels are not included in the reservation.
