Villa Sula is located on one of the quietest streets in the most prestigious area of Miami Playa - Pino Alto, next to Crystal Beach.

In this area are the villas of Miami Playa. The proximity to the beach, the silence, the absence of high-rise buildings and apartment buildings offer tourists the maximum comfort.

On the ground floor of the house are: living room and fully equipped American kitchen with modern appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine), living room windows overlook the terrace, the pool and access to the barbecue area. On the same floor are also 2 bedrooms, each with a large German bed with 2 mattresses of 90x200 cm each and fixed between them, a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there is a bedroom with a German bed, bathroom with shower, terrace.

The house is equipped with air conditioning.

The washing machine is located in a storage room.



The famous beach - Playa Cristal, is located less than 3 minutes walking. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the feeling that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. Here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well maintained and there are several different areas for different ages. In addition, Playa Cristal has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars and beach bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade connects with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with many excellent restaurants and bars.

It is mandatory to pay the tourist tax and final cleaning.

As it is a family tourism area, bookings for groups of young people are not accepted.

No noise can be made from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
