External Description
Villa la Roseta is nestled in a large park (about 8 hectares) among Tuscan olive groves and vineyards, just 5 km from Monsummano Terme. The property is bordered by a Golf Club (that can be used by guests even if it is not belonged by the villa's owner). Maximum privacy and tranquility are guaranteed.
Surrounded by a private garden with lawn, pond and vegetable garden, the villa features a spacious patio serving as a lounge area, furnished with a dining table and barbecue, chairs, a small sofa and armchairs, ideal for relaxing while reading a good book.
Among the outdoor spaces there are also a covered dining area with an extendable table, a henhouse, and a lovely rose garden.
At guests' disposal also a private parking for 8 cars, and a beautiful heated pool (12 x 7 m), open from May to October, and equipped with deck chairs, sunbeds, and a large gazebo with table and chairs. Pool heating comes with an extra cost.
Internal Description
Expertly furnished, Villa la Roseta is spread over 2 floors, and can accommodate up to 14 people, has 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms on the 1st floor have air conditioning. All windows are equipped with air conditioning. A baby bed and a high chair are available upon request. Pets are not allowed.
Ground floor: The ground floor is dedicated to the living area, made up of several rooms, all designed for relaxation and socializing. In fact, you will find a living/cinema room, equipped with a home theatre, projector, some dvds, 5 sofas and 2 armchairs, for a total of 16 seats. Following is a library/sitting room and a tv room, both furnished with sofas and some seats.
Guests can eat in a bright separate dining room with direct access to the garden.
Then there is a large kitchen, equipped with: dining table for 6-8 people, fireplace, oven, stove, tv, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee machine.
Also on this level you will find 3 guest bathrooms, utility room, ironing room, and laundry room (with washing machine).
The floor is completed by a single bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower).
First floor: The upper floor (which can be reached by climbing 2 flights of stairs) is dedicated to the sleeping area, divided as follows:
- a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with bathtub and shower + double sink) + a single bedroom (with a French bed) + large terrace overlooking the vineyards;
- two double bedrooms, each with private bathroom (not ensuite) with bathtub and shower;
- a twin bedroom and a double bedroom sharing a bathroom with shower;
- a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower).
Prices and conditions
Included in the price: Utilities (water, electricity, gas except heating); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.
Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (100.00€); heating according to consumption during winter months; pool heating (200.00€/day). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 1,000.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
