About the place.

Everything is brand new-fully updated! This 2-bedroom 2 full bath condo has everything you need. 2nd level unit so there is one flight of stairs. It is located steps away from Jellystone Campground and Waterpark (https://www.marktwainlakejellystone.com/). Bring your boat and trailer as there are parking spaces with power to keep your battery charged right outside the door. Mark Twain Lake's Spalding Recreation boat ramp and swim beach are less than a mile down the road (we walk to the swim beach). TONS of activities within Jellystone (2-minute walk to park/office) including golf cart rentals/supplies/kids activities/putt putt golf/etc). Within 3 miles or less, you'll find a full-service Marina (Blackjack Marina offers boat rentals, food, supplies, etc), Archery Range, Visitor Center, Horse Trails, Shooting Range, Clarence Cannon Dam with boat launch for the Salt River (great for kayaking, boating, fishing). An unknown gem is super close, Joanna Trail System which offers nearly 30 miles of hiking, mountain biking, or horseback riding. The trail head is a just about a 1/2 mile walk from the condo. While the park, lake, and river are the main attractions, there are plenty of things to do in the off season if you are outdoorsy. Check out Hannibal, Mark Twain Cave, Lovers Leap, and so on.... Great option for hunters as well who might not want to fully "rough it".

We personally use this condo and are not professional "landlords". You'll have direct access to me as we want to make sure expectations are met. I believe in building strong relationships based on trust and communication. I am happy to email, text, talk on the phone so you aren't going through a management company hustling multiple properties simultaneously. We just feel the condo should be used more than the handful of times our family enjoys it.

Sorry pet owners. Kids have severe pet allergies so no shedding furry babies. No smoking either of course.

Love this place!
This was the perfect getaway for my family and I. We wanted to stay an extra day but we had to get back home. Our condo was more than expected. The pictures were beautiful online but even better in person. There were things there that most condos don’t have such as laundry detergent, toothpaste, feminine products, shampoos & conditioners, etc. Denny was wonderful. He told us there wasn’t anyone checking out the day we were to arrive so we could get there anytime and stay as long as we wanted On the day of checkout because it wasn’t reserved for anyone that day yet. We will definitely be going back! We absolutely enjoyed our stay! He had lots of extra blankets and plenty of pillows as well! Best place I’ve stayed at ever!

Condo recently updated. Cabinets, island, granite and appliances. Bathrooms also new. Very nice. Composite planks flooring throughout. This is a very nice condo. And reasonably priced. Very close to Spaulding Beach and boat ramp.

Cozy Weekend Getaway
This property was convenient to Mark Twain Lake and Hannibal where we spent time over the weekend with family. The condo was comfortable and cozy to spend the evenings or even a rainy day. Well-furnished and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.
