The living room includes a dining area, TV, sofa, armchairs, a working fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchenette. There is one bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a second bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a single bed (90x190 cm). The bathroom has a bathtub, and there is a separate toilet. Electric heating is provided. Outside, there is a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The property includes a 750 m² garden (not fully enclosed) and a swing. Linen and firewood are included. Towels are available for €4 per person per change, and bed linen for €9 per bed per change. End-of-stay cleaning is €45. Heating consumption exceeding 8 kWh/day is charged at €0.18 per additional kWh. Pets are welcome for a supplement of €9 per day per pet (maximum 1 pet). Baby equipment is available upon request: a cot and a baby bath.
