Trullo Ape Regina is an authentic refuge, where the simplicity of stone and the magic of living stone cones evoke an intimate and timeless atmosphere.

Located in Contrada San Vincenzo, in the monopolitan countryside, the trullo is surrounded by greenery and the silence of nature, a short distance from the sea and the historic villages of the Itria Valley.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, thanks to a spectacular and functional wooden mezzanine area in the living area, where there are two comfortable beds, in addition to the double bedroom.
There are two bathrooms available: one with an internal shower, adjacent to the living area, and a second with an external shower, located next to the double bedroom. A solution designed to guarantee comfort and confidentiality.
The living area, with a peninsula and a portable induction stove with two burners, recalls the simple and genuine gestures of rural life. Take a seat in an armchair, let yourself be pampered by the calm and sip a glass of local wine.
Outside, the experience is completed with a four-person hot tub, equipped with an aromatherapy system, perfect for relaxing under the stars. You can lie down in the shade of an olive tree, read a book in silence or prepare traditional dishes in a wood-burning oven.
The property has a large private parking area inside the villa, convenient and safe for all guests.
The beaches of Monopoli and Capitolo can be reached in about 15 minutes by car, and the historic center of Monopoli is 20 minutes away.
In less than 30 minutes you can visit Alberobello, the Castellana Caves, Polignano a Mare and Fasano. In about an hour you can reach Ostuni, Cisternino, the Zoosafari, the Egnazia Acquapark, Lecce and Matera.
Trullo Ape Regina is a small world suspended between nature, tradition and well-being. An invitation to slow down, breathe and rediscover the pleasure of simple things.
 
N.B. The hot tub is not heated, so it is recommended especially in the summer months

BEFORE ARRIVAL
- At the time of booking, we will send you a link to fill in the fast check-in form. You will be required to enter your identification data and to sign a tourist (or short) rental agreement, as required by Italian rental regulations.
- The tourist tax is not included in the total reservation. Prepare the amount in cash, equal to €1 per night per person, to be paid upon arrival.
- This solution is managed by MONHOLIDAY SRL. The reception is open every day and is located in Via Vittorio Veneto 10, in the city center of Monopoli.
LATE CHECK-IN
- After 22:00, for facilities without a safe, in-person check-in costs €25, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
LATE CHECK-OUT
- Late check-out is not expected. If possible, subject to availability, the cost for each additional hour after 10:00 a.m. but no later than 1:00 p.m., is €15 per hour, to be paid in cash at the exit.
SMOKING PROHIBITED
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
In the event of a violation, an amount equal to €200 will be charged.
SEPARATE COLLECTION
- It is necessary to carry out separate waste collection correctly.
You will find the initial equipment at your entrance and we will send you instructions to carry it out in the best possible way.
In the event of a violation, an amount equal to €100 will be charged.
CRIB
- On request. The cost is €70 for the entire duration of your stay and you will have a mattress topper with corners, sheets upside down and over, pillows and pillowcases.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
- €300, to be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card as a guarantee within 7 days before.
