BEFORE ARRIVAL
- At the time of booking, we will send you a link to fill out the express check-in form. You will be required to enter your identification data and sign a tourist (or short) rental agreement, as required by Italian law on rentals.
- The tourist tax is not included in the total amount of the reservation. Prepare the amount in cash, equal to 1€ per night per person, to be paid upon arrival.
- This solution is managed by MONHOLIDAY SRL. The reception is open every day and is located in Via Vittorio Veneto 10, in the center of the city of Monopoli.
LATE CHECK-IN
- After 22.00, for facilities without a safe, in-person check-in costs 25€, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
LATE CHECK-OUT -
Late check-out is not expected. If possible, based on availability, the cost for each additional hour after 10 a.m., but no later than 1 p.m., is 15€ per hour, to be paid in cash at the exit.
SMOKING PROHIBITED
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.
In the event of a violation, an amount of 200€ will be charged.


SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION
- Separate collection must be carried out correctly.
You will find the initial equipment at your entrance and we will send you instructions to improve it.
