« Elegant hotel with caring, professional staff. Clean rooms, electric blankets, classy lines and decor. Yeti Mountain Home is THE standard for the region. Be mindful of Yeti Mountain Home LUKLA, on my recent stay, the manager was thugish and deceptive...the lady assistant did her best to mitigate the damage that this brutish trickster is doing to the face of this classy hotel line. « I stayed here for 4 weeks between 2 trips to Everest Base Camp. It was a perfect base for exploring the surrounding Khumbu region and Namche village. My hosts were friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was well fed, cared for and recovering from my adventures. The rooms were clean, the food great and atmosphere welcoming. I hope to return one day and stay there again. »

The food was all made from scratch and was delicious.
