Thank you for your online review. We do clean rooms after every third day just like most hotel chains. If you are only stay for 2 nights we don’t service your room unless upon request. I am sorry if upon checkin you didn’t understand the policy or it wasn’t explained to you, but I will reinforce it with our front desk. I am glad to here the rest of your stay was great. Thank you for your online review. I’m sorry that we fell short during your stay. For a two day stay we don’t perform housekeeping, we do this upon request or every third day or unless you’re staying weekly which is once a week. What most people do like you did as you know if they need some towels or anything extra they can ask the front desk. We do take care of it which the front desk did do for you as you stated. The pool is closed for treatment at this time, but we hope to have it open very soon. Thank you again for your understanding. Safe travels.
