We where 2 couples that stayed 4 nights at Pinewood in end of February . Location, food, staff attention and infrastructure is top notch. UNFORTUNATELY, the experience was completely destroyed when we returned home to Norway and learned that we had been charged twice for the stay on our cards. Immediately, we contacted the hotel in good faith and asked them to refund us. After 8 weeks with several e-mails and phones we have not received the refund as promised by the Hotel Resident Manager Pamela Mshai. Consequently, we where left with no other choice than to report the case as fraud to bank and fiscal police.
