  • Spacious, cozy and bright apartment with sea view (port of cca. Portecchia) newly renovated, located on the second floor of a prestigious condominium with elevator, is equipped with all the comforts (air conditioners in each room, washing machine, dishwasher, tv, internet Wifi), ideal for large families and / or groups: the house has four bedrooms, of which two are double, one twin and one triple (with a bunk bed) for a total of 9 beds , plus cot (free) on request. Nicely furnished, the living area is an airy open space with fitted kitchen and large living room. There is, of course, independent heating, in case of a stay in winter.
    The location of the house is exceptional: less than 50 m from the seafront, the children's playground and the beginning of the bike path, the charming old town is reachable (even on foot) in 5 minutes. Strategically located in respect to SS 16, it is great to quickly reach the city of Bari and its airport, Polignano al mare and its beautiful beaches, Monopoli, Ostuni, Fasano and all major tourist resorts in Apulia, including Matera, European Capital of Culture 2019. Free, of course free parking is easily located along the road and nearby.

Our stay was very pleasant. The apartment is clean, and in a great location. We walked everywhere in the area and also took the local train to Bari. There is a market within minutes as well as several coffee shops and restaurants.

Well appointed large apartment

Roberta met us at the apartment and check in process was perfect. Apartment is huge, with 4 bedrooms. It was super clean and basic provisions were in the pantry. This is a great rental for large families or a few couples travelling together.

Absolutely splendid!!

This is the most amazing apartment!! It’s a gem in the heart of Mola di Bari! It’s walking distance to the water, the piazza amazing restaurants, and lots of things to do. They owners are incredibly kind! They let us know fun things to do around town. It has a great balcony and very spacious, the beds were very comfortable. Honestly a wonderful place cannot wait to come again!

Spacious flat in Mola di Bari

My husband and I, along with our 4 kids, had a wonderful stay in this flat. It was well stocked with essential items. Location was perfect, with numerous amazing restaurants and two grocery stores within walking distance. Great base to explore Puglia. Our hosts had a lot of great local recommendations from cities to visit to restaurants to try. Even an app (inSpaiggia) that we downloaded and located a great beach in Monopoli. Highly recommend.

Appartement spacieux et très bien placé

L’appartement est très spacieux et très bien placé dans la ville. Roberta nous a très bien accueilli et nous a donné quelques conseils de restaurant dans la ville et de sorties aux alentours. Nous recommandons ce logement Le seul petit inconvénient est qu’il n’y a qu’une seule douche pour 9 personnes (seulement une baignoire dans l’autre salle de bains pas idéale pour prendre une douche). Mais pour un cours séjour c’était très bien !!

Great apartment in a beautiful town

This was one of our favourite stays in Italy! Molla Di Bari is a beautiful little town and the beach is perfect. The town has everything you need, is clean and easy to get around. The apartment is beautiful and clean. It has everything you need in the kitchen and the washing machine was very handy. The air conditioning worked very well and kept the whole apartment cool. We were a little confused as the pictures and listing showed 4 rooms and water views but we had 2 rooms and no water views. The host was kind and gave some recommendations for food. We recommend this place to travellers ☺️

Bell'appartamento a Mola di Bari

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura in 6, dal 24 al 31 Agosto, venendo accolti dalla cortesia e gentilezza dei proprietari. La casa si presenta molto luminosa ed accessoriata, con tutto il necessario. Il parcheggio non è quasi mai stato un problema, nonostante la presenza di una macchina di grandi dimensioni. Mola di Bari è ben collegata con le città circostanti, ma a patto di potersi muovere in auto. Nota negativa nessun supermercato nelle zone circostanti, il che di nuovo rende necessario l'uso della macchina per fare la spesa. Se dovessimo ritornare in zona la terremo sicuramente in considerazione!

Großes Apartment in Mola di Bari

Wir haben die Wohnung für 2,5 Wochen gemietet, weil wir einen Sprachkurs in Mola gebucht hatten. Die Wohnung hat 2 sehr schöne Schlafzimmer für Ehepaare und 2 weitere kleinere Schlafzimmer. So konnten uns noch Freunde besuchen kommen. Roberta hat das sehr flexibel gehandhabt. Man sollte als Nordeuropäer nur bedenken, dass es in Italien immer etwas lauter und lebhafter zugeht. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und auch die Vorweihnachtszeit in Mola und Umgebung war sehr schön.

Miss the pastries and gelato

One of the best rentals we’ve had in over ten years. The apartment is spacious, clean and the location ideal. A ten minute walk from the train station so you can get anywhere, we did not see any buses, which was fine. We traveled to Polignano on two occasions, highly recommend. Visited Matera as well, not to be missed. We took the train to Bari then taxi to the airport to catch the bus, which only took an hour to Matera for under 15 euros for two of us, the taxi cost us more but we thought it was well worth it. Anyway there are great restaurants near the apartment and a plaza on the other side of the castle. We loved strolling there at night for coffee and pastries or gelato. This is what I miss now that we are back, that atmosphere. Our host Roberta was very helpful and pleasant to work with. We loved our stay and highly recommend the apartment and location. Best pastries at Le Monie in the plaza and Gelato I believe was Vistamare just down from the plaza next to a bank. ENJOY!!

Clean and comfortable by the water

Everything from the booking process to the check in process to the check out process was seamless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous, clean, and extremely spacious home. The building was also beautiful, had an elevator, and was clean. Antonio and Roberta were exceptional hosts and we would recommend this apartment to everyone.

All the comforts of home.

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for a month and were delighted to find that the property matched the description. The living area is spacious and modern and the bedrooms are large and comfortable. All of the rooms are bright and have plenty of natural light. We were very pleased with the quality and sizeof the TV, as well as the strength and reliability of the internet connection. The location is excellent....about a 12 minute walk to the train station and 5 minutes to the main piazza. Groceries, wine, coffee bar and some really good restaurants were within 2 minutes. Roberta, our host was very responsive to all of our needs or requests and was extremely pleasant to deal with. We easily established a strong rapport. While I’m here, I’ll give a shout out to a restaurant very nearby...Al Bel Paese. Great food. Good value. Also for anyone staying long enough to enjoy a series of cooking classes, my wife and I spent 6 evenings with a very famous local chef.....Nicola Martinelli. He runs a cooking school in Mola (within walking distance) and is a delight to be with. Tell him Martin sent you.

We had a wonderful time in Mola di Bari. Roberta and Antonio welcomed us warmly and Bari was lovely

The apartment was ideal for us: comfortable, clean, with all the amenities to make us feel right at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in the evenings, the wifi signal was strong, and the bedrooms were cozy. It's location is very convenient as well-- near the sea, and a short walk from the supermarket, fish market, fresh vegetable markets, and good restaurants. The owners were very accommodating but also unobtrusive. I highly recommend this property.
