An exceptional residence full of history and comfort
Pushing the door of "Chez Soize" is like entering a piece of family history. This house, which belonged to my great-grandparents, has been completely renovated with passion to become your haven of peace. Designed to accommodate up to 4 people, it combines the charm of the old with high-end modern equipment.

On the first floor, you will discover a bright living room including a warm living room and a fitted kitchen where nothing is missing: oven, microwave, dishwasher, and for your gourmet awakenings, a filter coffee maker AND pods, a kettle and a toaster. 🍳
The first floor is dedicated to rest with two spacious bedrooms. The first has a King Size bed (180x200) for maximum comfort, while the second offers two 90x200 beds, which can be twinned into a 180x200 bed according to your needs. 🛌

The outdoor area is a real balcony overlooking the Atlantic: a terrace for relaxation with deckchairs, and a picnic table for your family meals with a breathtaking sea view of the horizon. A barbecue is at your disposal for your summer grills! 🥩🔥

An authentic Breton village for a total disconnection
Located at the bottom of a small hamlet typical of Moëlan-sur-Mer, the house offers an atmosphere of "end of the world".
Here, rest is king. 🌿
You will enjoy absolute calm, only punctuated by the sound of the waves. If the Wi-Fi works perfectly to stay connected to the world, the telephone network sometimes plays hide-and-seek depending on the weather, inviting you to a real disconnection. It's the perfect place to forget the urban stress and breathe the pure air of Finistère.
Only 2 km away, the charming village of Kergroës welcomes you with its local shops: bakery for your fresh croissants, pharmacy, bar/newsagent and local mini-market. 🥖🚲 PGJyPg
How to reach us easily?
🚗 By car: Smooth access via the N165 expressway (Nantes-Brest axis), exit Quimperlé or Moëlan-sur-Mer. Parking is available directly at the property. To make your installation easier, we recommend the Drive de l'Intermarché de Moëlan (7 km away), allowing you to arrive with your shopping already done!
🚆 By train: The Quimperlé TGV station is only 15 minutes away by car. It provides direct access to Paris, Rennes and Nantes. Taxi and car rental services are available at the station to reach your little corner of paradise.

Endless activities between land and sea
For nature lovers, paradise starts here. The mythical GR34 (customs path) literally passes at the foot of the house! 🥾 You can explore the steep cliffs and secret coves without even taking your car. A pretty pebble beach is just below, while the famous Plage Grise, a stretch of fine sand ideal for swimming, is only 10 minutes away. 🏖️ A short drive away, discover Kerfany and its supervised beach, or charming ports such as Brigneau and Merrien, famous for their oysters and postcard landscapes.
