The interior spaces, spread across two buildings, feature a fusion of elegance and modern comfort, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, washer-dryer, dishwasher, and electric oven.

The main house welcomes guests with a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a shower-equipped bathroom, and a convenient service bathroom with laundry. The annex, on the other hand, hosts three refined bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom equipped with a shower en suite.

Ideal for those seeking a relaxing seaside retreat, this villa comfortably accommodates 8 people. Its privileged location not only provides direct access to the sea just 50 meters away but also serves as the perfect base for exploring the nearby sandy beaches of Marina di Modica and Sampieri.
With its generous dimensions, the villa offers a surface area of 150 m2, four cozy bedrooms, and five bathrooms.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights, changeover day flexible except from 27 July to 23 August (changeover day Saturday).
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30.
Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00; Early departure at a cost of €30.
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity up to 300 kWh per week (exceeding consumption must be paid on site at €0.50 per kWh), weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, midweek cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms (3 hours), welcome basket (local products), baby cot.
Tourist tax: €2.00 per night per person excluding minors up to 12 years, maximum 7 nights, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Pets not allowed.

The swimming pool is open all year round.
