Inside, the layout makes the most of every corner. The living area features a comfortable trundle sofa bed and TV, creating a relaxed space to unwind. The kitchenette is fully equipped with electric hobs, a large fridge, microwave grill, dishwasher, and filter coffee maker perfect for easy, no-fuss meals. A separate sleeping nook with bunk beds adds a snug, tucked-away corner, ideal for children or friends sharing, while the bathroom with bathtub (and WC, separate or integrated depending on the layout) keeps things simple and functional.


Step outside and you’re instantly connected to the expansive Valfréjus - La Norma ski area, with 135 km of slopes to explore in winter. In summer, the area opens up to hiking trails, mountain biking, and scenic spots like the Saint-Benoît waterfall or the vast landscapes of the Vanoise National Park.
