'I was charged 60.00 by Expedia for breakfast and then the paper bill says extra guest. The hotel mgmt said, they don’t know why Expedia charged us that. The breakfast is free continental and there were 4 of us in one room 2 queen beds.
I asked to be refunded the 60.00 and Expedia REFUSED! Never ever will I use them again. 30 years and this is how they treat us! I have emails and I called over 10 times and the hotel managers word.'

'We stayed two days at this hotel. Breakfast both days was well organized, at least as good or better as other similar hotels and the area for eating was much cleaner than other hotels. The bedding was comfortable and the room darkening curtains helped us sleep on the schedule we preferred. I used the coin operated washer and dryer to get some laundry done and that was extremely helpful and convenient. The service desk had quarters in exchange for dollars.

'There was no one at the desk when we were trying to check in. There was a line waiting and I called the number shown at the service desk and it just rang back at the desk. I finally called again and the clerk came in from outside. He never apologized for not being there and acted like we were an inconvenience. He was also speaking so softly that he had to keep repeating himself.
I have stayed here in the past and never had a problem. I hope the guy was just having an off day.'

'On one occasion, a maintenance worker opened my bedroom door while I was resting. After the incident I informed the reception staff, they changed my room because of a leak in my room To my surprise, in the next room they moved me to, there were so many mosquitoes that I couldn't rest.'

'We enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous. Shout out to Nick at the front desk who was professional, friendly and greeted us as we left for the evening and returned to the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. 'Hotel voor onderweg, maar er zijn betere opties. Karig ontbijt, dat ook klokslag 9 uur wordt afgeruimd. Das wel heel vroeg. Ook de tv in de ontbijtruimte gaat uit. Niet zo vriendelijk.
Bedden zijn prima (met een vervelende hoge rand - je zit er niet fijn op, bv voor tv kijken), kamers ruim, maar de airco is zeer luid. De douche in de badkamer is lachwekkend laag. Ik (1.73) moest bukken om er onder te kunnen staan. Belachelijk. '
