'The hotel is in historical downtown Spokane, a little hard to find the parking but we were able too, the hotel is amazing in good shape, old and high ceilings, so beautiful. Breakfast was included and there is an elevator. As a travel agent I would recommend this hotel to my clients and anyone that wants to stay in a character hotel. We will be back.'

'Voor de prijs een prima locatie en schone kamers. Bed en badkamer waren prima. We hebben er geen ontbijt gegeten. Ik betaalde iets extra voor uitzicht op de rivier, maar dat geld had ik me kunnen besparen. Van uitzicht was geen sprake. Verder is het gebouw erg gehorig. Om 1u 's nachts hoor de mensen boven je heen en weer lopen. Dus dat hield me wakker. '

'Cute building, but really creaky stairs and the bathtub didn't hold water. Breakfast was tasty enough but less than we were expecting. Otherwise the room was clean and no major complaints about the stay'

'Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and...

'The room was ok, carpet worn bad, bed had a dip in it, not comfortable at all. Worst part was that when I went to make coffee, the coffee maker was dirty and the liquid creamer was actually curdled and I had to dump out my coffee. Probably one of the worst stays I’ve had at a doubletree or Hilton property. I won’t be back, even after the remodel is finished.'

'I booked a Junior Suite with a King bed and a pull-out sofa bed. This is more expensive than a standard double queen. Here is what happened beginning at 10:00 pm: * I went to make up the sofa bed, and there were no linens or extra blankets. Before I could call down, * My daughter stepped in a BIG wet spot on the side of the bed. * I called down to let reception know, and I was told there were no more Junior Suites (fair) available. I asked for another room, and I had to go down to reception...

'Parking is okay, but if it had been raining, I don’t think the walk to the car would have been very enjoyable. Luckily, the weather was nice, so it turned into a pleasant little walk where you could look at the buildings along the way.'

'Checked in past midnight and the room was so comfortable and the showers actually have HOT showers! 😍 Front desk ladies were kind, and so wonderful and special tha ks to Thoko at the front desk helped to coordinate a late check out so we could get some good rest in. Breakfast was... not so great. Just frozen breakfast sandwiches you can heat up in the microwave, cereal, waffles, and bagels/toast. The fruit was kind of sad looking, and there were no sugar alternative options at all. No sugar...
