Garbage disposal not working, under counter lights either, cheap dollar store toiletries and amenities, hot tub old - not great…..won’t book here again.

The house was perfect. We had 12 guys for a golf trip and the place had everything we needed it checked every box, kitchen space, bedroom space, large deck with BBQ grill, parking and plenty of open rooms for everyone to spread out. Highly highly recommend. Plus the host could not have been anymore helpful he answered any questions in a timely manner. Simply awesome to deal with!!

First and foremost we were amazed by the size of the house a party of 9. So much room for everyone. The bathrooms were great. Loved the shower heads. You can tell we are shower people lol . Plus with mobile heat, you would too. The house was super clean when we checked in. Everything was in the right place. The game room was a huge plus. The kids spent a lot of time playing down there whenever we were home. Cooking was a plus, because of the spacious kitchen, and all the kitchen necessities. Honestly, if you have a small or large party.Loved the quietness of the area . We come from a very quiet place so that was super important for us. This will be a place for us whenever we come to mobile, as long as it's available. Oh, we had the pleasure of meeting the cleaning crew. They were so welcoming and social. And communication with the owner was super easy quick response. Thank you Jeff for giving us a good experience. We will definitely visit again.

Amazing home for family gathering

My family had to travel to Mobile to attend a funeral. This house was large enough to accommodate our whole family, and allowed us a place to gather everyone together for a good ole fashioned cook out. The house was exactly as advertised and the host was very responsive and accommodating.

Great Property

This property was spacious, fully equipped, and met all of our expectations. Several of the amenities like a great game room downstairs, the pool, fire pit and sauna we didn’t take advantage of because we were too exhausted after several rounds of golf each day. We truly enjoyed the location. The location was convenient to I 65 and eating and shopping areas.

Guys Golf Weekend

If there was an option for 6 Stars I would use it. House was perfect for a gathering for 8 adults for a golf weekend. Super convenient to Magnolia Grove (13 mins) and lots of restaurants. House is very clean and modern with a great game room relaxing. Highly recommend

Great for large gatherings

We loved this house. It was perfect for our family group of 9 aged 21 – 76 with couples and singles. The room configuration was perfect for us with plenty of extra space. My daughter lives in the area and guided me to safe areas of town. She was right, this worked out perfect for us. We had 5 cars plus my daughter’s car - there was plenty of room to park under the deck and in the driveway. We had no need to park in the street. Our first evening there, after sitting on our long drive and after touring the expansive house (it is much bigger on the inside than it appears from the outside) we took advantage of the nice weather and walked the 1.5 miles up to Post on the Hill for drinks and a meal. We were in town for Mardi Gras – the Post’s special King Cake Martini was the real deal. The next day we stopped at Carpe Diem for coffee before walking along the Avenue of Oaks at Spring Hill College. The house is well appointed for all your entertaining needs, the location is great and the host responded promptly to all my inquiries. We would definitely stay here again.

Lots of amenities

We had 8 golfers playing the RTJ Trail courses in the area. The house was excellent for our group. 15 minutes from Magnolia Grove, and poker table, hot tub and numerous smart TVs were great for after the round. We cooked two dinners. One recommendation- the house needs dish soap for washing dishes in the kitchen sink, and a wash cloth to wash them. We had neither so we had to improvise.

I am thoroughly glad that I chose this property. Was in town for a small family reunion. I had the place for 4 nights (2 of which) I had it all to myself. It is a serene location yet it is most conducive to every age group. The teens enjoyed the pool and the game room. The adults enjoyed the spacious and well structured deck with the white party lights, the pergola with a strong ceiling fan pergola and the hot tub. Every area was bright clean and well maintained. The multiple AC thermostats allowed easy temp adjustments for the respective areas. The inside staircase to the lower level was well lit and rail equipped. I could not figure out how to turn on the outside light to the carport. The bathrooms were more than adequately supplied with towels and dispenser filled with spa fragrance soap, shampoo, etc. I could go on and on. All I can say is you wont go wrong if you choose 3660. Definitely will book again. BTW, I placed large mirror in the hallway and everyone's need was met.

Nice for families

This property served our family very nicely. Having said that I would like to make some suggestions. More towels. Seven of us stayed at the property and had to do 2 towel washes while we were there. Larger waste baskets in the bathrooms. Mirrors in the bedrooms would be nice. Additional cleaning supplies for the kitchen like a dry swifter. Again the house is nice, spacious and we enjoyed our stay
