Our 2-Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom Rim Village Vista townhome is conveniently located just 6 miles from downtown Moab. It's location provides ideal access to mountain biking and hiking trails, 4-wheel driving excursions, Arches N.P. and Canyon Lands N.P.
The townhome was recently constructed and features a bright, open interior, comfortable furniture and thoughtful decor. The fully stocked kitchen has everything needed for preparing meals and there's a gas grill on the patio for nights when you'd like to grill. There's plenty of dining room inside or out on the patio.
Both bedrooms (located upstairs) feature comfortable mattresses and fresh, soft linens. Each room has it's own attached bath (that's right, two master suites!) so it's ideal for two couples or a family! Downstairs the living room also has a sofa sleeper for extra guests and there's also another 1/2 bath.

Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim and La Sal mountains. The nearby community pool* and hot tub are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat!
*2026 Hot Tub Closure: Please note that hot tub will be closed June 7th - Aug 23rd 2026 while our HOA constructs a new hot tub (these dates are subject to change). The pool will be closed June 7 - June 16, 2026.
The home has 2 dedicated parking spaces and plenty of curbside parking for trailers and extra vehicles. It has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV's and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!

5 stars except for the cell coverage
We enjoyed every aspect of this property except having to drive a few miles down the road to make a phone call. We have Verizon and had 0-1 bar throughout the home, other than that, we loved our stay here. Very clean, well appointed, super comfortable beds and great linens. This complex is located at one end of Moab which could be why there wasn’t coverage til you got a little closer to town. We’d rent here again if they’ve added a closer cell tower.

Short Stay in Moab
We had a short stay in Moab. The property was located just off the main highway that runs through Moab. Unfortunately, it was a little too close. It was a noisy all night. Also, the pull out bed was one of the wire metal frame beds. The two teens on it were not comfortable and were put off by all the crumbs on the bed when we opened it up. They ultimately decided to just sleep on the couches rather than on the bed. Otherwise, the property was clean and the check in/out process was super easy.

This was a trip long in the making. My 81 yr old dad had wanted to see Arches for a long time. We were able to make it coincide with my parent's 60th anniversary year.Our rental was very clean, comfortable and affordable. It is a 2 story condo but we managed it well. I noticed many of the condo rentals in moab are 2 story. We had great views of the La Sal mountains. It was nice that my husband and I and my parents had our own master suites. So bathroom privacy was appreciated. We used the well stocked kitchen almost every morning to cook breakfast before setting out on our excursions. We did have a slight glitch with the forgotten set of amenities for the bathrooms and kitchen but it was quickly resolved.The management company and staff was helpful and responded in a timely manner every time I called with a question.It was so nice to come back to a space we could spread out and relax after our outings. We all enjoyed the condo very much and would use VRC again.
