Property exactly as pictured. Was in a great location, plenty of parking and close to town. We came for Easter Jeep Safari and it provided us with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the private hot tub. We had an issue with the AC and the management company was easy to contact and had it fixed the next day. Only negative was the bunk bedrooms queen bed was VERY uncomfortable, the couple staying in there couldn’t sleep in that bed. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this property in Moab. We used it as a home base while exploring and hiking in the area. Loved having the private hot tub with nice view to come home to in the evening. The beds were very comfy and the neighborhood is quiet, which was great for a good nights sleep. The unit is nicely decorated. We used the grill on the patio and cooked most nights and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Coffee was also provided which was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend this property.

This was the fourth unit I've stayed in at Rim Village, and I'd say this was my favorite. I love this single-level layout, and this one has one of the best locations in the neighborhood. Great views of the Moab Rim and the La Sals, the patio gets late afternoon shade, and the large tree provides shade to the living room. The interior is cozy and well designed. The hot tub water was a bit janky when we arrived, but someone came a couple days later and drained and refilled it. Overall, a great stay, and I would definitely grab this unit again.

This is a spacious, beautiful home with great amenities and location. We had several issues during our stay, while they were quickly resolved, were inconvenient and annoying. First, the hot tub was not clean and needed to be drained due to scum and murky water. We ended using the hot tub the last few days while we waited for it to heat up.
The nest thermostat was set by the owners and we weren’t able to turn off the 6am blast of heat.
The garage cable broke and Amazon delivered during our stay. There were two laundry pods for our 5 night stay. These issues all added up to be very annoying. However the company was very prompt at resolving issues.

This is a roomy Rim Village townhome that has to be one of the best examples. It has everything one could ask for: TVs in every bedroom, comfortable beds, a stocked kitchen, private hot tub, super clean... There is a little green space right next to it that makes it easy to get the dogs out when they need to go. The view in the morning when the sun hits the cliffs is spectacular. Plenty of room for my wife and me along with her folks. My son and I counted satellites and shooting stars from the hot tub one night. It was very clean and the local coffee was a great touch by the host. Moab is great, and this townhome is my new favorite place to stay.
