'One of the highlights of our Japan trip so far. It was clean, spacious and had an amazing view of Mount Fuji, with a short walk down to the lake. The hot tub was great. The staff were so friendly and even gifted our son with a panda toy. '

'Spacious and clean whole apartment. Excellent view of Mount Fuji. Very close to lake, just a few mins walk away. Very friendly and helpful host. Lets us park at the property after checkout so we can visit places nearby.'

'建物・部屋のセンスがとてもよく清掃も行き届いていました。正面に富士山と河口湖が見える高台、下は神社の森が広がっていて二階テラスからの眺めがよく風がよく通ります。使いませんでしたが専用のバーベキューテラスもありました。'

'ウェルカムドリンクのぶどうジュースがとても美味しく、朝ごはんも美味しかったです。 露天風呂があるのも嬉しいですが、富士山が見られないのは残念でした。山梨にいく時は、何度かお世話になっていて、次も又、泊まりたいと思っています。'

'We had a very nice time on our stay at this small quiet hotel. We had the Shikibu room and appreciated the spaciousness. It had an outdoor garden view as well as a separate private small outdoor onsen. The onsen looks tiny on first impression but it was nice and we enjoyed the outside seating area too. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice, and definitely get the breakfast. Amazing breakfast! The staff were friendly and very helpful with transportation back to the train station....
