'The staff was incredibly nice and the incl. buffet breakfast and omakase dinner was excellent. The in room private onsen was very nice with views of Mt. Fuji. The nightly drum show was a nice touch. 10/10 recommend!'

'Hade a nice stay.'

'I saw someone share photos of this Onsen on instagram and had to see if they had rooms available. I’m so glad I did! The property is stunning, the staff are incredibly warm and kind, and the food was exceptional. I got a room with a balcony over the fish pond and a private bath and I enjoyed every second of my stay. I will absolutely come back the next time I am in Japan. The trip from Tokyo was about an hour by train, and the Onsen has shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off when you...

'Very friendly staff with warm atmosphere - even when you do not have any ideas to enjoy your stay at that area, you will get better suggestions from them. One thing to keep in your mind - wish to have better weather during your stay!'

'Stayed here for a work trip. Great location and friendly staff. I was late for check-in due to transportation and staff stayed up to wait for me. Location is nice and quiet, about 30min walk from downtown.'

'Beautiful stay, in a traditional looking Japanese hotel. All rooms seem to have Mt. Fuji views which. Was stunning. So does the Onsen. Reception area looks just renovated, very nicely done. Rooms in good condition too, same for spa area. Only area that still can be done is hallwaysz but then again who cares for these. The staff is super kind and helpful, one of the best places we have stayed during our trip!'

'Amazing place to feel at home in a new country. Views were amazing, we did find a huge spider in the sheets but what can we do in the woods??'
