Apartment 'Haus Bergblick' with Balcony and Wi-Fi

Your vacation home is located, according to Geo magazine, in one of the 10 most beautiful small towns in Germany.

This cozy furnished vacation apartment on the 2nd floor with south-facing balcony from which you have an unrestricted and breathtaking "mountain view" of the Bavarian and Tyrolean mountains.



The living room with spacious and comfortable upholstered suite, has a satellite TV with countless programs, as well as a spacious dining table at the south window to enjoy when dining also a beautiful view of the mountains. There is also a pull-out bed for 2 people.



The bathroom is small and cute with skylight, sink, mirror lamp, toilet and bathtub which, due to the height of the room, is only suitable for bathing or sitting showers.



In the hallway is a wardrobe with coat hooks and shoe rack.



The kitchen has a compact kitchen block with ceramic hob, refrigerator with 3*** freezer compartment, for ice and small storage, sink and dishwasher. Our water from the tap has best drinking water quality. (Analysis is available).

The kitchen equipment includes a microwave with baking function, a coffee maker, a toaster, an egg boiler and plenty of dishes, pots and pans to conjure up enjoyable meals.



The cozy bedroom is equipped with double bed 180X200cm, bedside tables and bedside lamps, a two-door closet, with linen compartments and plenty of hangers. An upholstered armchair to sit on while dressing and undressing complete the whole.



You can reach this "nest" via a separate external staircase, to your own house and apartment door. You are on the 2nd floor quiet and for yourself.

The secluded quiet and the central location on the other hand offer a convenient combination:

- To the mountains 10 min.

- To the center 10 min.

- To the train station and post office 5 min.

- To the bakery 5 min

- To the supermarket 6 min.

- To the bus to the mountains 5 min.

Our house and the apartment is a non-smoking house.

Also pets are not allowed.

In case of bad weather we provide umbrellas.

In good weather you have the possibility to rent mountain bikes (for a fee) and explore our beautiful area.



The price includes electricity, water, heating, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.

There is a tourist tax per guest per night.
