No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed'

This is my #1 complaint, as we were here for a basketball tournament and needed a comfy place to sleep. It was pretty clean, but the bathtub needed a little extra love. Shower water felt slimy. I probably would not stay again because what I look for is comfort.'

'I was happy with my stay. The staff were friendly and efficient. My room was very clean. Bath tub was a bit dated, but clean. Linens and carpet were clean. Fridge and microwave in room were appreciated. The only "weird" thing was the room stayed very damp and humid despite the a/c being on. Wet clothes didn't dry when left out overnight. Very strange. But I found the bed and room clean which is a deal breaker for me. Hotel was very quiet as well. Thanks for a nice stay. The town of Chelsea is...
