'The room and whole property were very well thought off. Very nicely decorated, lots of space and a nice balkony. Perfect, would love to stay a bit longer'

'I felt our room was a little bit rough.'

'Clean room, very friendly staff, close to the beach , good location.'

'We've stayed here before. Very clean, great staff. Great stay.'

'The property is on a golf course and our balcony overlooked the 13th hole. The hotel is very old and has a very bad smell. The room looked like it has been smoked in for 30 years. When we turned on the electric heater it had a very bad burning smell and it set off the smoke detector. The smoke detector kept chirping after it was shut off. When I asked for it to be fixed the woman scolded us for turning on the heat. They did send a maintenance man, and he changed the battery quickly. Toilet kept...

'Over all everything was great other than the eggs for breakfast.'

'Quite obvious they posted fake pics of the rooms. It's run down. Like years ago...Beds gross. Microwave from the 80s. TV had 5 channels and they were all sports. No coffee maker in the room and the officedownstairsthat does have a keurig was not open. The room smelled like idk even what. The one sheet on the bed was toilet paper thin. A train goes by every couple hours. Mini fridge was not on, so we had to keep our stuff in the cooler and there's no ice machine.'

'Great trip to Mystic. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly.'

'Liked the spacious room with a view. Guest services outstanding. Only disappointment is the paid day beds at the pool because the standard ones are stacked without tables and no space. Great dining options. Will visit again.'

'This is a budget hotel.'

'Heat didn't work in either of our rooms.'

'Best outdoor swimming pool'
