« We were only at the property for the night but they facilities were amazing, access to an onsen on site, complimentary drinks and pillow selection at the reception were fantastic. We were travelling with a 2yr old and we were able to fit in the one bed too. Staff were so accomodating and lovely to us with our limited Japanese. »

« Une nuit, 3 chambres, en famille avec arrivée tardive après un long trajet en train. Checkin par machine à la réception difficile et peu d’aide des ‘réceptionnistes’ présents derrière leur guichet. Impression désagréable du peu d’hospitalité. Acceptable pour la clientèle salaryman sûrement mais non accueillant pour tout autre clientèle. Petit déjeuner inclus ok. Hôtel pratique près de la gare Shinkansen et bus mais pas en ville. »
